is it possible to just get a new surround for the SA subs? My friend just had a mishap and ripped his pretty bad.
It is not -- we don't have the surround separate from the cones.
How much extra would it be to have an sa-12 recone'd by sundown? Ive never recone'd a sub

A nice monoblock amp that does at least 3k, i will most likely add on this one
Sundown sa-10s or 12's..comparable subs to them (dc lvl 3, etc.), would like 3 of whatever sub of these class, i will consider paying a little extra or paying for shipping both ways or something.
I'll look at any offer honestly, so offer up, you might get lucky and find somethin else i want :thumbsup:.
only things i'm really not looking for are 8's or 15's/18's as i want to try a build with multiple smaller subs.

Well it all makes since now, I have a pretty good bit of sound deadner left so I'll seal up the openings. I have two 6.5components in each door so it should get pretty loud which it does and they are the RFT162s and a set of crescendo 6.5s. I know its been asked before but what's a good place for the xovers to be? So far I have them in the doors but I really don't wanna have them next to the amp and do two runs for each 6.5 and tweeter through da doors. Gotta get ready for the spring.
Have you got around to sealn em up yet? If so did it make a noticable difference? Jus askn cus I may have to do the same, I do got some spare second skin layn around. My crescendos move and sound pretty good but their lacking "bass"... Mayb its time for an actual midbass instead of components, couple 8's maybe..?

you cant go on how high someones gain is set to. my gain could be set to zero, and i could still get full power out of my amp. Just from my line driver putting in more input voltage. Every amp, in every vehicle is different.
Ok, Than besides that about how much power is each one seeing? Just curious, I have 2 sa 12's and Im lookn to upgrade from an aq1200d. Just dont know how big of an amp I should get... Sorry, Didnt mean to thread jack

One of my brothers has 2 15" FI Q's off a aq2200d and they get STUPID on the lows and fuckn loud! Never had the chance to have it meterd. I love that setup tho. My other brother is running a single 15" FI BL off a aq1200d and the system gets loud as shit, The bass sounds alot more brutal and hard sounding than the Q's. 2 BL's would be ridiculous! I think you would be happy with any 2 12's people have been listing. But the Q's do love them lows!
