now to finish the inside of the van off a lil bit... they didn't have any kind of seating... and wanted something just incase they needed it...
i made up a bench, finished the inside and located the Wii and dvd controls underneath...
and I forgot to mention.. not sure if you can see it... but I molded the sensor bar for the Wii into the shroud of the monitor...
-
-
all the parts were wrapped or covered in mirror acrylic... and components installed...
-
ok... next was to wire up the monitor... they wanted me to re-use the monitor somehow... but didn't want people to get to the dvd's (they keep stealing em) and the Wii... so I had to extend the monitor and cut the dvd part out (it was an all in one unit) and extend the wires to the inside of the van... I used some cat 5 cable and soldered each wire... wrapped the wire in aluminum foil then rubber tubing to keep unwanted "noise" from the video display.
works great... ok... time to wrap...

I decided it needed something extra...

now here's the Pulse Car Audio version...

here's a few pics of the previous install by another shop...

Thanks Steve!
Honestly SMD has been a huge part in the recognition of our shop... and of course that nasty MONSTER H2 of Trippi's.
Thanks for keeping audio thriving!!
OK...
Now that I have my own section... let me start by saying... questions, comments... all welcome... but I Do Not sell anything via the internet. I get alot of messages from some of you asking prices on products. As a dealer we have Dealer agreements that we sign that state we cannot sell outside of our authorized area. That means I cannot ship it to you so unless you are going to come to my store I cannot help you.
You should always support your local dealer anyway... you may need their help one day and if you don't support them, they may not be there! Think about that.
Thanks again Steve!!

Considering you can get an accurate pocket o-scope on ebay for under $100, I would be willing to pay $50-$65 for this unitasker.
first of all where is a "pocket o-scope" for under $100? link please.
second, this isnt just for clipping, it sniffs out distortion that most cheaper Oscopes cannot detect.
That being said, i am positive the price will be less then $100, but we dont know for sure yet exactly what it will be.
just let me know when I can order one sir.

Here it is guys.
We have always had great support from Batcap! by Xstatic and ExpressTech Computers of Salisbury has sponsored the Best of Show trophy the past few events... and now we have others wanting to join in the fun!
Car Audio Magazine and now Ascendant Audio have pitched in on the fun as well...
Ascendant Audio has offered up a HAVOC 15" subwoofer to be raffled off and given away (was hoping to be here by last months New Year Knockdown but thanks to UPS it didn't arrive in time). So thanks to Nick and Scott for their involvement!
This is going to be a fun event, and our friends and special guests B2DaDot and Javonna will be there again hanging with us and signing autographs...
you won't want to miss this!!!
-
lmao...
thanks for the mention. I think.
"world renowned"... too funny.
and I'm trying to figure out why I was competing.
I'm glad you beat me in your paper... the only way you could... HAHAHAHAHA
seriously, cool story bro.
p.s. Gary wants to know if you are going to TRY and beat him at the next show. He said he "farts in your general direction"....lmao

my .40 cal S&W handgun will work just fine, if you are within 120 yards, I can hit you anywhere I want to.
open sights, I can hit a bowling duckpin at 100 yards.

the ignorance that still exists is amazing.
This guy/girl hopefully will be the one that one day, his daughter, or son, or grandchild will come home with a boy/girlfriend of the opposite race and really throw a monkey wrench in his/her program.
HATE really is a bad thing.

Thanks Steve. And thanks for letting us be a part on your forums. A lot of love found on here.
Thanks also to Matt Elliott & Gary Webb for all of their help, and Nick Garcia (also on Team Pulse) and Joey Genco (team Pulse) for lending a hand.
Thanks to Trippi for letting me work on the hummer.

ITS WAAAAAAAAY louder than it sounds in the vid... I turned it down b/c its loud enough to distort the mic on the cam...
It was loud enough setup like this that it still does 140+ sealed on the dash...
and broke a side panel away from a brace on the van...
