Its Decafs version of this song..slowed down. if you listen to the origional one it has no beat. Look for his zips on the forum under music.

Yup...double plated sides and triple plated face...going from 2.2 cube to 3.5 on the 5th...box now is tuned to 35 hz..i want to drop it to about 30

Just upgraded from the Alpine Type R and Alpine MRP-500 for Rockford Fosgate P1000bd and Memphis MOJO M3. I have it wired to 1 ohm right now. CES paper from rockford has it rated at 1330 watts. Also added a new distribution block from Audiopipe that has a built in volt meter. its pretty sweet. Check it out and make comments please.

well im gettin this amp for 50 bucks from my roomate..we are trading my kinetik 2400 for his 1400 and his amp plus im giving him 50 dolla my 0 guage for his 4
and i will eventually be pushing it to my memphis mojo m3. this amp is a littl ebig...its pushing about 1300rms but i will just turn the gain down.

its a 4 ohm sub. so i would wire it down to 2 ohm and bridge it off the rockford 1000bd for 1000rms????

Ok i have a alpine type r 12. dvc..i also had a rockford 1000.bd. if i were to wire the sub at 4ohm putting 750rms to it would it sound better(CLEAN and low) than if i wired it at 2 ohm 1000rms?

Really? There are soooo many people who run Alpine MRP's w/ Type R's. You must not have searched very hard
But, to give you some insight....
I know a guy doing 150's with a single RD Audio D9 and 2 Type-R's.
A good install can make any sub shine.

I am beating on a type r right now actually. box dimensions are 18.5 H x 20 D x 16.5 W tuned to 35hz in my single cab...after sub displacement i have 2.2 ft3. alpine recommends 1.75 ft3 per sub but from my playing around with the sub i found that 2 to 2.5 ft3 allows this sub to get down.

Finally i got some windshield flex in the truck, guess all i needed was a little bit bigger box and a lot of bracing.
