Heck yes you do. you cant just set a battery there with power going in to it and not be ground. without it being ground you would only be running the system on the front battery.

Not really, but if you want to be extra safe about it sure, why not... I run a fuse right at the front battery and thats it. Im a daredevil.

Is the second 250 necessary right before it goes into rear batt?

No its very audible sound. I went into the middle of a parking lot when i first heard it and came to complete stop, as soon as i started rolling the slightest bit it was gone.

Yes they are in the same vicinity. However i dont think that this is the issue, I would think that if it were caused by power and rca then it would be a constant sound instead of just at stops.

Also, the longer i sit it gradually builds up louder and louder. Id compare peak to about 5 on hu. (CDA 105

When I roll up to a stop light and at a compelte stop my subs are making a low volume tone. For example it makes the sound your subs would make on volume 2 on HU. It is only when i am at a complete stop though, as soon as i let off the gas and start moving it no longer makes the sound? Should i ground the rca's? I just noticed it and havent gotten the chance to tinker with anything yet(OHIO WEATHER FTL)
