^ Yeah. The TS is what makes me think Pioneer.
-
I bet they're from a home entertainment system.
-
Probably Pioneer.
-
Looks like a factory infinity. They use that grey plastic on the reference series.
Or factory Pioneer?

What a tease! We need more info and photos!
-
Just as there can be more than one Marty or Doc, so there can be more than one Delorean.
That's how time travel works DUUUUUUUUHHHH!!!

Where exactly is the crack and how big is it? Pics?
I assume it isn't leaking anything. If it is... youz crazy.
-
^Agreed.

Yeah definitely see what you gain with each change. We learn more when we work that way for sure.
EDIT: are you metering regualarly? What are your current numbers?
-
I'm not an expert and I've never metered.
That being said, I would leave the box all the way back (as it is). Change the angle of the collar so that the top board hits the top of the cut out.
Rather than being a tunnel like it is. That should reduce the 4th order affect, and would bounce the sound better like the flared bell at on the end of a horn.
I hope you get what I'm saying. Not sure it makes sense how I said it though.

Pics and Vids or it didn't happen!

Nice. I'm looking forward to picking one up, maybe next year. Let me know how you like it.

Cool story bro!

My college dyno room uses one about half that size...
...damn Steve.

You need posts if you use your factory clamps or factory style clamps. If it is going in as a primary battery.
-
Do you have an ETA or a pre-order date? I'm very interested.
-
I'm on no one's side.
I can see what you did wrong. I can see what he did wrong.
I understand that this is a two way street.
I don't think I would have handled things the same way either of you have/ are/ will.

If you can't get a response to an inquiry, just wait. There's nothing you can do if a customer doesn't communicate.
-
Not to get in the middle of what is probably a mess, but...
...the box should have been built to the customers exact specs----unless you had his approval to change something.
If the customer's specs were at all unclear, you should have clarified them before making a single cut.
That's just how business should be done.

Check for leaking fuel injectors. Make sure you have good ignition, plugs etc. Make sure there's no vacuum leaks.
Are there any codes present?
-
What's this box going in? Looks pretty huge.
-
I see. Well, no harm no foul I suppose.

Ask a lawyer for their opinion. They'll advise you for free. You don't pay them unless you win.
I'm definitely not the kind of guy that wants to sue anyone, but if you're straight up being discriminated against... That's Bullshit!
Unfortunately there's not much you can do about it without at least advise from a lawyer.
You could stick your neck out there and ask your superiors what the deal is. They might surprise you, they might fire you. Who knows?
