yeah man no problem, i just know how tough it was for me spending days on the computer researching everything i could find, trying to understand all of this on my own, so im glad i could help.
most of these guys really know what there talkin about, so if you got the money now, you might want to look into that dc sub and sundown amp he has for sell, even though it contradicts my opinion on buying electronic upgrades b4 you subs/amp, you just cant pass up a good deal.
check out some youtube vids on dc's. youll be impressed.
Don't really need an electrical upgrade for a 1200rms system. I mean with imp rise and everything, you never see an exact 1200rms. And the basic rule of thumb is 100ah worth of battery for every 1000wRMS. If he does the big three, he should be perfectly fine. Now don't quote me and think I mean you don't need an electrical upgrade, because you are always golden with those type of upgrades. But not everyone has that type of money, yanno? OP, I sent ya a PM about the DC and Sundown. Let me know whats up.

FYI, you won't get 3700rms with the AQs strapped at 2ohms. And there is no way the BL will take 3700rms if you did get a different amp. Check out the AQ2200...

its an alright album, but not as good as thug motivation or the recession, it seems that jeezy has got rich and lost his way... this happens alot when the struggles are gone and they try to push there career past its prime... pisses me off because Jeezy was one of the best rappers with the best bass tracks with good hooks.
Too bad this isn't an album. It's one of his MIXTAPES for TM103. Wait til 103 drops and you will be pretty damn suprised. Personally, I think The Recession sucked.

Jeezy only started rapping and created CTE records for a money laundering set-up, created by BMF, or Big Meech. Everyone got caught up in BMF, and Jeezy still has an inditement pending. Everyone he rapped with on Trap or Die and before, is in jail now, including Blu Divinci for being connected to BMF. To answer OPs question, it's damn near the same CD as All Black Everything. Quite a few dope tracks, except for So bad and a few other. Grindin with Lil Boosie gets pretty damn loud and low, as well as Loose My Mind.

Dear god man. Type out your words. Punctuation, capitalization, spell check. I can't read half of that. I'm sure there's some good knowledge in there, but it's not worth deciphering the cryptic message to read it.
To the OP, put your bass boost on the amps and HU at 0. No bass boost should be necessary when you're pushing ≈3kw+ to each sub. Also, I'm not sure if others will agree with me, but you may want to look at upgrading that 180-amp alt. Lots of batteries is good, but you don't want your amps sucking them dry.
Was going to state this as well, but didn't want OP to think I was just knit picking at his system. Having a smaller HO alt, and a bank of batteries if just as bad as not having a HO and batteries. Batteries can just cover up the problem, and slowly kill your alternator. Your alternator has to charge the batteries, and if is constantly sucking amps, it's not going to have the power to charge the batts. At least check out a 250a alternator, and you should be good with the supposed 7-10 batteries.

Yup, both on the headunit, and at the amp. Are you also FOR SURE that your friend used the oscope right, and you didn't just turn the gains up where it sounds good? What is the LPF at as well?

And THERE is your problem. You are clipping the signal. No reason to have the bass boost turned up, and just about everyone will agree with me. So, all in all, you ARE clipping the signal.

How much is the bass boost turned up on the amps?

The first one looks just fine man. But when you are testing amps, etc, you usually will need two meters, one to clamp the wire, and the other go test the voltage of your speaker outputs. I also don't think the second one is a true rms meter either.

Having a lanzar sub, he is more than likely going to want to crank on the gain/bassboost which is a horrible idea in the first place. So putting a powerful amp on the little sub, is probably not sure a good idea for the guy right away...

Just in case anyone realized, his "1600w Lanzar Sub" is not going to do 1600rated. Look around for a 600-800rms amp.... Also, it would be very helpful to know what your final ohm load is, such as is the subwoofer a Dual 4ohm, Dual 2ohm, etc...

I just don't understand how people can invest so much money into a hobby, when they don't even understand how to set gains/the bass boost shouldn't be used. Or they don't even understand what clipping a signal is. It's sad, or i'm just a hater because mommy and daddy don't pay for my hobby =[.

Whats the highest score anyone got with these speakers on a official meter because I am catching my ass with these subs they play nice but they are smelling smokey real quikly as i play the stereo and voltage isnt problem current isnt problem power isnt proble I have 2 level 5 with 7 HC2400 I have (2) MTX TE4001D one each sub
Voltage is power, first of all. If you have to ask, you don't really know what your doing, thus, deserve a lvl5. As everyone else asked, were your gains set on a test tone, as well as LPF and subsonic? And why worry about peoples numbers with these, if you shit is smoking/coils are burning? And if one persons lands a 150 or so, doesn't mean you will... It's all in the car and install....

how would it decrease loudness? it doesnt affect anything on the woofer since its not even touching it pretty much. its just a beauty plate to make the woofer look nicer in the box.
A double baffle is for extra box strength, correct? Then why would it be a beauty plate? It definitely helps with support, not for looks.....

T.I.s daddy was a gangster actually. That how T.I. had so many hooks, etc. His Daddy supplied him the money to do what he did, he never came up off of a dollar. And what really gets me, is no matter how gangster you are, when you have that much money, fame, etc, what is the point of buying machine guns, with a BODYGUARD...? Like Decaf said...
