the speakers are alpine type Rs but he didnt like the grills that came with them and hes got a 10 yr old and didnt want him poking at the speakers so i had these infinity grilles laying around that i used instead

so leave some comments, good, bad, or BS. i dont care. let me know what you think

  2. you can also check it. autozone rents out tools for free so i would see if they have a fuel pressure gauge for your car and see the pressure. or you can get a fuel line off and stick it into a plastic water bottle and see how much flows out when you crank the engine lol but i do not suggest doing this if your not confident n yourself and if you do have a fire extinguisher very close by like in your hand when you do this...

  3. no, the cat just lowers the emissions coming out the tail pipe, had nothing to do with gas mileage or performance. now if you have an egr system, the valve can be stuck, which could give you a little lower gas mileage but shouldnt be that big of a difference. plus... its a 1993, it has obdI which means the emissions standards are not the same and the check engine light may not come on with certain things we would see on obdII cars

  4. hey i cant sy i no what your going threw but about 5 years ago my dad broke his bad, he was extremely lucky that he was not paralyzed but we was in a clam shell for about 6 months and constantly needed help. we have always been close so it was easy for me to stay on track and help him. but my suggestion, bc i was 16 at the time, show him that you need him. tell him that you need him. to be honest you have to show him that you are not the man of the house right now and he is. to be honest that was the biggest thing for me was to see my dad in that condition and my family needed me. i new that i was the one that needed to take responsibility and be the man. for your son if being in a gang and messing around is his way of being a "man" you should show him that the only way he will be a man is by helping out. you need to tell him and show him that... im really sorry to hear about your accident, i hope the best for you and your family. good luck..

  5. there are so many things that this could be. and from here all we can do is have you look and check things. if you are willing to put in the work i will keep an eye on this thread and try to help you. but you can not expect an answer. i will help you diagnose it but thats all i can do without the car.

1.so first off do what was already told to you. spray starting fluid on vacuum lines, and around the intake manifold.

    2.check your air filter!!!...

3.if you have tools available to you, you might want to take a look at your fuel pressure (see if your fuel pump went bad)(very good possibility)

4.then check for spark, if you can get a spark tester then great, if not you can use an old spark plug or even take one of yours out and only crank for 2 seconds and see if you can see a spark... also check your spark plugs, and wires, and coils, or whatever you have on that car.

    5.check the oil!!!!!

6.do you have a boost gauge? what does that read? let me know what you get for all of this.

    try not to miss anything....
