Well I just figured it up and I was a little off, it would be 500 with my buddies setup, installed and all, and to be the same way with the level 3's it would be around 1000, so I would be saving around 500......Im just confused on which will pound harder, 1 12 with more wattage, or 2 12's with less wattage to each sub but more cone area...

I know I know.......But im assuming the 2 dc's will be louder right?

I was just wondering...Becuase there is alot more wattage going to that single mojo...But more cone area with the DCs

Is it gonna be as loud as I think it will be? Like he had a bigass box in the back of his escape, and when the sub was on 3 of 6 bass level, put it on powerful setting, and turn it up to 40 out of 60 and that one 12 fuckin slams!!! I want it to sound along those lines if I buy it

Howdy, I was going to foward fire 2 dc sound lab level 3 12's under the back seat of my 04 gmc 1500 ext cab, lifted, rims and tires, all that. And I was going to get a 1200 watt audio q aq1200 amp and run 600 watts to each sub with some sort of deck, gonna pound right?? Well my friend just got a new caddy cts and is going to sell the 2008 memphis mojo 12 he has in his ford escape, with his 1100 watt memphis m class amp, and a really nice pioneer deck for $400 bucks to me, I wouldnt use the box cause it wouldnt fit, so I was going to get a box made to foward fire it....I would be saving about $600 bucks if I go with his memhpis, and in his car in a big ass sealed box it is loud as balls and sounds amazing, but will that extra 600 bucks to go with the lvl 3's be that much louder??

Dude im 15 I have no clue or personal experience with any of these subs, just alot of computer reasearch.....So I was asking for a profesionals opinion cause I know there are quite a few on this forum. Will it just hit hard? thats all I really need, hit hard and not sound like ass.

Yeahhh!!!!! Sounds good haha, ill prolly do something to make it look good too, like some sort of plexiglass cage with cutouts all over it so the sound can get out like a chain link fence, and put some LEDS in it or something..

Sounds good. Is that setup gonna be as loud as I think it is? Im not just a noob punk looking for bass, trust me I been reasearching like 2 years at systems and im hooked on dc sound lab and Audioque......Or possibly RE......Arent RE SE 12's the same price as level 3 12's? Which one is better?
