im building a box for 2 18's with 3k rms going to each one. i was gonna do a box with a mdf bottom half and the top half be fiber glass so it looks badass. but someone told me it would shatter under the weight and pressure no matter how many layers i have.. is this true? what else should i be concerned about. ive built my share of boxes and work with fiberglass frequently. just not on this scale.

i cant find anywhere else to put it... my trucks packed. at least it will get good airflow haha. and i don't have any specs on it i just measured my truck to see what would fit and came up with this. -

maybe if he uses 4 ga for remote wire hell use 0 gauge for speaker wire and 6 runs of 4/0 for power and ground wire. and its probly like a 200 watt amp LOL GO BIG OR GO HOME! -

oh and btw if u wanna find out what ur amps putting out use the formula amps x voltage x efficiency = rms watts. which is about 75% for cheaper stuff. so sayy 13.9 volts with 150A at 75% eff. is 1,563.75 watts -
