how much flex are you getting?

thats exactly what i was planning. 5 cubes. tuned to 33 with stock elc and a batt in back (prob hc2400)

hole is only 14" tall have to do sub up port back (not sub up port up to much flex) or sub up port foward?? and box will be smaller then the hole that im putting the box thru i want to do sub back because im putting my amp on the back wall and 4 super tweeters in the box firing into the cabin. should look nice..

damn thats exactly what i was gonna do lol. what you mean by air not getting thru? seats fold down and i can fit a 8.2cube before displacemnt 36x36x14 (thats 8.2 gross) and im only doing like 5cubic after displacemtn. so it wont fill up the whole trunk. any vids bro?

i say the 12 ported. make the box a little on the small side because 1000rms is alot for the sub -

id appreciate if some one had a vid or build log of sub up port back of any 18 it doesnt matter anymore lol i just want to see i know sub up port back gets alot of flex in trunk cars but i havent seen one with 18.

nice man! it was prob loud because porting that rear deck helped alot lol im looking for vids with sub up port back setups. but thanks man!! heres some vids i found of btl 18s in trunk..! not sub up port back but kinda gives me an idea. heres another (flex vid)

and no im not looking for hwo to fit an 18 in. just looking to see if it even gets loud in a trunk car.. and also how much flex there is with cars that arent sound proofed (to know how much sound deadner ill need)
