i heard they like 2.25 if its right at 600rms?

well i have a trunk car, and can put up to a 5 cube box in there. i heard to put them in 1.75 per sub, which i can do. so i was thinking 1.75 per sub tuned to 33hz with a slot port. subs in one chamber and port to side. i have a autotek 1900 and i would wire at 1 ohm (dual 4s) and that amp supposibly does rated at 14.4v but i rest at 13.5 and drop down to 12.9-13.1 at full tilt. so im prob gonna set gain to 1800rms at 1 ohm (with dmm) and after rise and volt drop it should be close to sub rms, atleast not to much over powering. i heard these subs are beasts lol but what would you reccomend? iwant to kill the lows.

also if it helps im paying 340 for both of the sundowns and im paying 300 for both custom type rs. so not really a price difference..

okay so im a tight situation right now.. im getting 2 12s and dont know which ones.. ive narrowed it down to these 2 options.... either 2 12 sa12's from a friend 340 bnib. well if you saw my vid you saw how underpowered it is.. and thats a cheap autotek amp wired at 2 ohms. 1500rms supposibly. and im already dropping down to 13.1.. with a good sundown 1200 thats rated at 12v i could actually be pushing some cheaper subs to their limit and have more cone area. and like i said im not dumping more cash into this car elc wise.

im just going to save the btl until i get a hatchback because im doing all electrical upgrades in that car (when i get it) domt really want to dump to much electrical money into this car

i will still keep the btl. just not use it. because my elc isnt up to par with 3krms which is what the btl would want. and i can go louder without killing my car AND still be pushing subs.. so im looking to get 2 cheap 12s and a sundown 1200

okay so long story, im getting tired of my 12 btl and its power hungry ass lol. im going to leave it chilling in my room until i get my hatchback (due to doing all elc upgrades in that car not this one) and want to go with something smaller. im looking at these type arrrghs lol for 143 a piece free shipping that aint bad.. plus i liked how they sounded in my benz with no drop down seats, in a pre fab (1 cube per sub.. ported) off of 750rms total.. they got pretty loud for what it was. now i have a 02 sebring with drop down seats and can imagine they would get way louder. in a nice 4 cube ported box tuned to 32hz off of a sundown 1200. but just before i buy the subs.. is there anything better for the price that would beat these subs? i really want sa12s but they a tad bit pricy for me.. basically for 280 bucks what can i get that would be louder..? if there are any options.. i know these subs are good (from past experiance) and wont kill me elc as bad as the btl.. but jw if theres anything better i can get for like 300 shipped that are around 500-750rms?

im confused

then how would that get the front and rear signal? i only got a mono amp right now

beacuse i would have to get a new hu for that.
