my budget is somewhere around 300 dollars, im driving a 99 monte carlo and i already have a new pioneer radio that i got about a year ago, my dad is a mechanic and hes hooked up many subs before so thats no problem, also my cousin is making me the box ive decided im going to get 1 15" and the only other thing i need to an amp with a sufficient amount of watts for it

well i was looking at some JL ones but other than that im not really sure what ones i want

well then what is the differnce between the two, everyone that ive talked to has said the 10s are punchier? thats not true?

im getting my first subs soon and im pretty sure i want 2 10" subs because they are more punchier and vibrate less than 12s also need an amp, and my cousin said he could make my box but how much sound quality would i be losing from making my own? how do i go about this, i dont know too much about this stuff? thanks guys!
