  1. The staff at MechMan are incredibly helpful, I was able to reach customer service reps without any issues. Just put in my order, looking forward to receiving the product. Thanks guys.
  2. Guys don't let this offer pass you if you're planning on making some purchases for the summer. I've been on the fence but I'm pretty sure I'm ordering tomorrow. I've been thinking about it for a few weeks now lol
  3. Get a set of alpine components, if its components you want. They can be found pretty cheaply on eBay.
  4. Not sure how your amp is doing on the back of that box, but same car, similar setup and had my amp on the top of the box ... because I didn't have anything boosting it up, like washer's between the plate, it more-less arched itself out due to the heavy vibrations. To avoid this, the amp was moved to the back of the box, vertically. Just throwing that out there ... I see the amp on top and I get worried now lol Oh and the trunk is rising huh ... friggin' cars, mine was beginning to do that too ... if it rain, small leak in the back (for me) ...
  5. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and would like this amp repaired by the 27th of June (if it can be) I'll explain what happened. I had just finished hooking the amp up and started playing some songs for about 4 minutes... Voltage never saw below 13V. It wasn't near full tilt, as I didn't have any ports in my enclosure (Porting thru the rear deck with a pair of Sundown NS) All of a sudden, i hear a pop, and then a couple more. I shut the deck off, look in the trunk and its all full of smoke. I immediately take the cover off the amp to see flames. What looked to be on fire were those black rectangular things you see in the pics.

  7. AB 400.1 went up in flames this weekend. Can anyone tell me if it's repairable? Pics show the two most affected areas.
  8. Sorry but, I didn't get it ... Can you title it something alternator related and send it to that e-mail address? Same as the name, just add Hotmail.Com Thanks.
  9. I can't private message because I don't have enough posts, so I'm posting here. Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Postal Code: M2J 2B6 I wanted to ask for your best price shipping that here. [email protected], email me directly if you'd like.
