  1. Hey, I just heard two type R 12's in a box tuned at about 20-24hz and he had a directed 1000 watt amp hooked to it and it sounded very nice. Nice clear punching bass. Remember to get a box tuned to the specs of the sub go to the highest port possible that the sub will accept to maximize your SPL level. As for the 10's I have never heard them in person but I have heard great things. What type of music do you listen to?

20-24hz? thats low as fuck you sure those are the right numbers?

I didn't really understand the rest of your post lol.

EDIT: please explain that highest port possible thing please. Idk what you mean by that

  2. What you said does not make sense. if you have 2) 4ohm subs and wire the terminals in parallel together, they will be a 2ohm load.

Now, if you run the wires seperate to a mono amp with 2) terminals, they will still be paralleled to a 2ohm load.

What I said in my previous post is FACT, not my interperatation.

^^^this is why your the man around here. Idk what it would be like if you didn't assist.

  3. IDK if every car has it, but mine does and the factory clear coat is shitty and it's cracking.

Ah, i see. I'm sorry I can't help you on that one. I've never messed with lights that have clear on them. I'd make sure that the remover would be ok for plastics though. It would definitely suck if you eat them up with the stuff.

Sorry I could not be of more assistance bro.

  4. I need to re-do the clear coat on the tail lights of my car and wondering if that clear coat/base coat remover than comes in a can is any good? I don't want to sand the things if I don't have to because if I fuck up, those things aren't cheap

I wasn't aware that they used clear on tail lights. Not sure if that stuff would be could for plastics though. If they're just faded I always just wet sanded with like 1000 grit first then used like a 2000 grit on it. After that i would buff them with 3M buffing compound and then hand apply 3M hand glaze. That always worked for me. If thats not the issue though sorry wasted i your time. lol

  5. So neo magnets are like rare earth magnets, strong as hell.

A neodymium magnet (also known as NdFeB, NIB, or Neo magnet), a type of rare-earth magnet, is a permanent magnet made from an alloy of neodymium, iron, and boron to form the Nd2Fe14B tetragonal crystalline structure. This material is currently the strongest type of permanent magnet 8)

    gotta love google lol

EDIT: i didnt see Forevrbumpn's post shoulda looked a little more lol.

your the man btw. i wish i had half the knowledge you do.
