when i build my box should i glue or screw the sides together? or a combo of both?

So i've finally seen the light and relized that I would much rather run a 15" Kicker L7 or DC lv.3or4 over two kenwood 12's anyday.... So that brings me to my question: If i'm running one 15" and i listen to rap, how many cubes should i build my box to and what tuning? Also, W/ a kicker L7 or DC lv3or4 (depending on quote) What amp would you guys recommend me running? and what have you guys paid for a DC Lv.3 or 4 15"? Thanks!

Allright, so i was planning on finally buying my first system (2 12"s), and i have some box questions for ya'll: I'm eigther gonna run Kenwood KFC-W3012, or Alpine Type R 12's When i'm building my box what would you guys recomend i tune it too? and....How many cubes ya'll think would be good for this build? i've never built a box, and to admit it i'm a total noob at the entire audio "game", i have no clue about box tuning or any of that stuff.... how well are the pre-made boxes made?

alright, if i saved up for some alpine type r 12's, what amp would you recommend for them? FYI My friend just gave me a sealed box for 2 12's... (lol i would love to go ported for the type r's but free is the best option!)

also, any brand suggestions?

its around 300 or so right now depending on how long i save, i am planning to put them in a 2000 toyota tundra or a 86 s10 blazer
