Done and done. These pics are a little old. As you can tel by the date. One of the members sent me a very helpful pm on where to buy cheap good terminals and helped me configure the amps in such a way to have short grounds yet have an amp rack

look closer there are 3 =p one goes near the engine so i shielded it. its the thick black one from the alt to the bat. i took the cap out sine it did nothing inline or outline... never liked caps anyways... i had do bracing and seal the roof of the expy... DONT DO THIS!!! ITS A BITCH TO GET BACK UP! flexin too much... sounded like shit.... after that it sounded great! next purchase will be an amp worthy of these subs=)

yah as i said before it had the same effect as one that was inline or outline.... maby caps are shit.... didnt make a difference in sound... voltage... nothing

yah the cap I just threw in there yesterday as a test to see if it helped keep the voltage high... didnt do much though

alright ill hook it back up the other way and see if it changes the voltage

i have 1 wire going to ground and 1 wire going into the power line which hooks into the amp. i hooked it up the 3 wire way first and it had the same effect as the way i have it now... but i think this looks cleaner

the cap is installed right into the power line. I believe it is the same thing as having another wire to the amp correct?
