  1. OP, if I owned this amp I would put it on a pair of 18" SMDeez at 2 ohms, in a sealed SPL-tuned wall, it would sound like shit, and make my bass-unfamiliar passengers need new pants.

    Please explain how you would go about tuning a sealed enclosure...

    edit: and that you should also realize that we get these threads multiple times a day, every day. it gets tiring to post the same exact answer every time, so no one bothers anymore.

  3. My grocery list usually is

    Chicken breasts( a shit load)

    Protein peanut butter

    This weird Agave stuff that tastes like honey but is healthier

    Blue, black, straw, and raspberries

    A gallon of egg whites or more

    Necessary protein and other supps for the month

    Whole grain bread

    Apples and oranges

    Peas, carrots, celery, lettuce

    Skim milk

    Some turkey and chicken for lunch sandwiches.

    Steaks

    That's all that currently comes to mind...

    Oh and the little 18 packs of protein shakes( I think 18 packs) that they have at Costco. They're great for on the go type stuff. 30g of protein per carton too and they taste wayyyyy better than muscle milk.

    Been going good too I've gone from 160 to 183 in the past couple of months
