Wow! im glad you said something! i was under the impression almost all components where 4 ohm. I just checked an these speakers are 2! i bought a different 4 channel amp that happened to run 60 at 4 ohms. 80 at 2 ohms. i cant win. lol

It would be 130 RMS on 1 channel at 2 ohms. would that divide up evenly, like 65 to each speaker, or how would that work?

I recently ordered a set of Infinity 4629CFP speakers, which are the Kappa series 4x6 plate speakers They are listed as running 60 watts RMS, and i was just wondering the possibility of there being any headroom there? The reason i ask is i have an amp that i was planning on throwing on them that is supposed to put out 90 RMS per 4ohm channel. Does anybody have experience with these speakers, or Infinity speakers in general, that could tell me whether or not thats too much juice for 'em?
