brb gonna put 2 of these on a ddz and make my way to 184dubs
who would really need this much power out of 1 amp..id like see steve try it see how he gose for voltage (asume he would be fine, and that they could build it run 14v and still get 35k) and see how it sounds lol

or 2 fi n3 12's > 1 n2 18" (n3 to n2 as alot more motor lol)
or something like that lol
EDIT: so if we take say 2 low end 12's rated at say 500rms each, put 1k to them, vs a single 18 on 1k and put 1k to it, the 12's haveing say 20% more motor frouce as apposed to the 18 20% more cone area (am i doing math right? LOL fuck this shit..)

I guess so.. But for clarification, do you want it 2 channels that do 1k each? Or 1 channel that does 1k each of 2 subs? Or 1kw divided between them..
But a crescendo bc5500 or a dc 5k will do the 5-5500 at 1 ohm then what u need at 4 ohm with one channel..

improbably gonna wall mine, altho it illegal here, ill probably still do it.
altho my old 89 model car can barley pull itself up a hill, gets outrun by most 80 year olds in trucks or vans, im yet to put any system in it, i just hope it will go up hills lol

they are awsome, even tho i only got use a 15" recone for my soundstream xxx. they are beasts.
i put 1 coil (didn't wanna go half ohm on music at 18v) and would get it to about 70% in a box way to small and tuned very very high. probably seeing 6k for over 45minutes at a time. altho i blew a coil when i burped it but that was my fault. coil rub..

i got a huge increase in SQ when i upgraded. and nearly 1.5db louder.
