  1. thanks guys i think i might use pvc and paint it black and run it to the back and clamp it to the frame. thanks for the ideas guys.
  2. 01 denali i wanted to make it clean and out of site, i had 2 4 gauge cables ran in and down the side but it was tough to get the panels back on good so i thought the 0 gauge might be tougher.
  3. hey guys im hoping someone can answer my question soon, here it is...... Im trying to get 0gauge through the firewall and it isnt being easy, so can i run it under the car by the frame and then up or is this a stupid question,,,,,,,,,thanks guys
  4. thanks guys thats what i was wonderin =, like i said it prolly was a stupid question, but now i know for sure
  5. sorry guys im still confused, and i reread my post and it isn't exactly what i was trying to say. i'll try again, lol. my max volume, lets say is 34, but the dd1 says it clips at 28. so we now know the system will be clean at 27....what if your front speakers are not powerful enough fro the power going to them? i see people on YouTube cranking it to say 27 to see if it is cleaner, and it always works for the best but there is still a possibility that you can blow the speakers tho, right....
  6. this might have already been covered so im sorry to ask again then, but i cant find them...question is.....When setting up i realize you are getting a clean, unclipping signal at practically max vol. but what if you turn your system up to max vol. if your speakers cant handle max vol wont u still get distortion. might be a stupid question but im unsure on the answer......thanks ahead of time guys....
  7. thanks n8ball2013 that amp is pulling too much of a load and the ather amp works fine, its going back thats for the help guys
  8. all your imput sounds good but i dont thnk it could be grounding out since all i have is a 24 inch power from the battery(which is in the trunk on the new chrysler 300's) and a 24 inch ground from the battery. To rule out wiring from the front like the remote, rca, and the remote gain, i dissconected everything except power and ground. then to turn the amp on i just used a small piece of wire to jump from the power to the remote turn on, and all it does is blow the fuses. now i have hooked up a set up on my bench and i can turn it on with 13 volts but then it drops my set up down to 7 volts. But the amp stays on. not really true sitiation since it drops to 7 and the car stays at 12. so is the constant 12 popping it. so i think i covered everything. please giv e me some more feed back guys im running out of options. thanks alot.
  9. Hey guys to start i have a new RF 500.1. I put it in a 2005 Chrysler 300. So i out the power and the ground to the Battery sence it is in the trunk. but ev ery time i turn on the amp I pop the 2 amp 30 amp fuses. i disconnected the rcas and the remote from the deck so all it has is the power and the ground i jump the remote from the power and the 2 fuses popped again, But when i take the amp to my shop where i have a test bench. i hooked it up to a 12 Volt battery and ran the power and ground from the battery, and jumped the remote it turned on with n o problem. any ideas....im lost same setup just one in car and one out
