    so a while ago i pickes up a pair ofd brand new subs for cheap on some ocasional Sale event...thing is... the subs dont play ANYthing below 30hz the

      box was tuned to 33...anything below 30 it just shut off..subs move but it does not make any sound....the dd 1512 made a nice deep tone but this ones do not....
