  1. LOL, I don't know why, but I get so much enjoyment out of seeing some person who acts like an idiot and drive their CAR into the back of a big TRUCK with a good ole' Reese hitch sticking out of the back. Same thing happened at a stop sign in my dad's truck except the other driver had a Cavalier. When they looked up and saw us stopped at the sign, they mashed the brakes which caused the nose of the car to dive underneath the hitch and lift the ass end of the truck. Scuffed the paint on hitch, put a 2 1/2 foot crease down the center of their hood rofl.gif

Haha same thing happened to my dad when he noticed a young girl doing her hair in the mirror and following way to close, when my dad had to slam on the breaks for a deer. He has a pindle hitch so it did nothing to the hitch but accordian scrunched her hood.

This is what his hitch looks like for those of you that dont know what a pindle hitch is

  2. ok i got two 18" Fi Q's in a 15cuft box in my ext cab. tuned at 30hertz. i am running them off one Alpine MRP-2000 at the moment (which is 2000 @ 2 ohm), but I wired the (dual 1) subs in series-parallel for a 1 ohm load, which is 'unhealthy' for my amp. So whats the best one amp set-up for my system? or should i get another alpine and wire them at 2 ohms a piece to separate amps? really wanting a single amp setup though (and may possible upgrade to BTL's later, so i need some extra POWAA down the road!)

I have mine on a Soundstream TX12600.. it pushes them pretty damn good and is .5 ohm stable. Buy one of those and then if you upgrade to (2) BTLs then you can just buy another amp and run one amp to each sub.
