Did already. Only have a 549$ one that pushes out 240a. Maybe I can ask for a custom one? -

I'm not going to go cheap. I just dont need a 240a large alt, you know? I'm only going to have an AQ2200D going, so all I need is a little upgrade on alt . It's not like i'm going to be adding 4 12 BTL's running 3k each. -
What's the best sites to look for alts? I mean, DC and Mechman, sure, but I cant afford those wonderful alts. And plus, I dont a 240a large alt. All I need is something to keep an AQ2200D above 13 volts. going to be in a Honda Civic (06). Any places to look around for one? Looking for a 150-170a alt for around 350$ and below.

Haven't ordered yet. But why not just go with the 2200D for future moments? Its only an extra 100$. + I can set the gains to only push out like 1200.. Then eventually buy the electrical. You know? Or am I just typing words that make no sense what so ever. Sure I can buy an AQ1200D, but I know a 2200D will satisfy me more in the long run. You know? Yea. Read that yourself... And then thats the answer to this thread /End I read it.. And the answer to my thread is still not answered. Haha, what batteries are the best? LOL. I don't see one battery named in my comment. What your saying is why not spend more to get something good... Clear enough? Clear. You said that it answers my thread question though. Why are we even talking about this? Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thanks for the help.

I called, and for a 240 alt, it's 549$.. thats alot of money. It would take me at least half a year to get that. And I really dont wanna set my gains halfway to only push out 1100 watts for half a year, maybe even longer. If I get batteries, I can prob buy one in like .. 2 months, then set the gains to push out like 1.5, then buy another one then go full. You know?

I need batteries for my Civic so my car doesn't explode in smoke on the freeway . I'm pretty sure my stock alt for the Civic is less then 100, guessing its around 70-eighty. I'm running an AQ2200D in it, and I can't afford a HO alt because its SO EXPENSSSSIVE! Well, to me at least. So I was going to put a battery up front, and one in the back, big 3, etc. I was leaning towards a XS S1200 up front and a XS D2400 in the back. I'm HOPING that this will keep me up in the 13's.. Note: I am going to be using this system a lot. Eventually, when I get the money, I'll buy a HO alt, but as of right now, I need batteries. Batteries around 200$ and below would be great. THANKS! Is it just me or whenever I type in 80 (eighty), it turns into like a smiley face. Haha

Woww! I totally wrote . "Find another 85$" haha. Im like you, I'm 16 (I don't know your age, but yeah), and I have school and basketball. Gotta love basketball. But if you want 12's and you have a budget, 2 SA-12's are great. But that's if your willing to save up 380$. -

I played with the site a little. It was a little confusing at first, but I got the hang of it. I'll forsure be using this when I build my box. -

A sub is a sub is a sub. The SETUP is for metering only. Gotcha. Alright, thanks. I was just wondering. -

Oh why Hello there Kranny. Wait, so his sub is not for daily, it's just for metering and all of that stuff. Correct?
