so i ported my box today for my AudioQue 2.5 D4 Subwoofer 1.67cu.ft at 33hz i got plenty of pics (: i plan to carpet the box this weekend and my cup holder to and also hide my port with some adhesive and carpet . here a video my camera is horrible well porting my first box and that was the first box i made to lol (: i am highly impressed and excited about the box and sub there great with only 400watts ( not even true power probably only 250 watts ) 2ohm load 1.67 cu.ft 33hz enjoy

ok sorry for bumping this but 15h x 30w x 9d 1.67 cu.ft of air space im thinking a 4 inch pvc pipe 17.5 inches long to port the box at 33hz can anyone confirm this for me.

ima adhesive some carpet on to the the pipe when i carpet my box maybe some hot glue lol but i wont need to does i matter if the pipe some out of the side where my sub is as u see the box in pic the sub is between my seats and airspace part of the box is behind my driver seat so it would be ported out the passenger side and by the sub

you guys do realize im talking about a pieve of white pvc 4inch pipe not aero ports or flared aero ports right?

can anyone confirm that this is 33hz 15 height x 30 width x 10 depth 1.67cu.ft with a 30in long and 4in in pvc

well its behind a truck seat i really dont have much room do you think if i cute a 4 inch hold inside of it and put about 20"inches of the pvc in ox and let 10" inches hang out would it be the same or no? like have the port inside the box? so like 20inches of that pvc inside the box and about 10" of it hanging out would that work?

my bad it is 1.67 i made a typo ill fix it and thats why i said a couple of ports. (:

15 h x 30w x 9d 1.67 cu.ft air space fixed my typo (: i got 4 inch pvc laying around and my desired tuning is 33hz so can anyone help me , tell me how many 4 inch ports , how long and where i should put them , or if porting them with normal pvc will even work? just looking for some help my new sub is breaking in. and im very satisfied i got the aq 1200d amp coming in 2 weeks its on back order and crescendo new componets in may cant wait and illl keep you all updated. By the way the sub weighed a womping 25 pounds to where the old kicker was 5 pounds and direct leads spider suspension and cones / magnet were impressive (: my new aq 10" sub compared to kicker comp 10" sub my brother testing the aq suspension not doing a thing to it aq 10" 2.5 d4 driver my 15"h x 30"w x 9"d = 1.87 cu.ft i wanna port it to 33hz

ok the remote wire has a bare spot in it and the lights are not on when they key is turned off on the amp but could it be such a small draw that its not turning the lights on and one more thing the battery is new and been replaced 2 times.

every morning the car battery is dead and we like to believe its cause of the amp its a 800watt mono amp speakers are on a 2ohm load the remote wire is in a cigarette lighter spot and it has stock bose door speakers and a double din headunit it has to die overtime in the night when she goes to crank next morning it is dead . any clues fellas 4ga kicker kit 2 jl audio 3wv3 12" california technology 800watt mono amp and double din headunit.

yes i am my next build like i said but i like to restate is Sony headunit with 2 (4v pre amps) d4 aq sub 10" in a 1.67 cu.ft box aq 1200.1d amp wired 2ohm 0/1 knuckonceptz wiring kit big 3 crescendo audio new 6 1/2" componet set. and cause of the back order and stuff it wont be till end of this month. that i post it all. my current system is embarassing but still hits nice for what it is same headunit ( sony ) kicker comp in 1.67 cu.ft box (i made ) 400watts spl amp ( garbo and probaly only giving it half that power ) 4ga kicker wiring kit boss 3 way ( 300watt garbo 6 1/2" componet set ) heres a video tho atleast it hits for garbo it is and another.

i have been doing a build for every day driving as alot of yall have been seeing on the forum maybe i called both companys crescendo audio has a all new line of equipment coming out i talked to the owner himself (: and new componets are going to be aluminum and thicker cones etc etc for 129.99 he said they are going to be way better he said the ccx65 are not going to be anywhere close to these and way better. order should be in at the end of this month i cant wait i told him to email soon as there released. and audioque has back order on most of there amps and should all be shipped in 2 weeks when they get there stock in. but he said for the inconvenience and wait they are giving out free decals sticker and shirts talked to mike at orders good guy all i got to say is great customer service and i cant wait. my new system is going to be a d4 10" sub the new crescendo 6.5" ( w.e there new name of the componet set will be ) 0/1 ga knuckonceptz amp kit and etra roll for big 3. aq1200.1 d amp and 1.67 cu.ft box in a single cab pick up truck. 1991 toyota 22re.

at 2 ohm 2200 is around the perfect amount for a dc lvl 4 and that amp your reccomending look at guts of it then look at guts of a aq nuff said right there your not just paying for a name with aq your paying true quality and i think everyone can vote and say the same for aq just look at there reputation thats like comparing kicker to dc or sa... also that 2200d would be great for maybe after this competition if you wanted to go bigger you could get another sub and wire it 1ohm and have a great big build but for now that 1200d would be great and the 2200d would be great for future and now. just youtube them aq amps and read the reviews you will see exactly what i mean but for sure a dc audio lvl 4 and 1200 aq or more will make you drop in volts do the big 3 that will helps not lose any power when it hits . good luck with that competition. aq all the way aq=audioque or audioquality just look at the difference in the inside of the amp alone.also on that mb quart that remote is a bast boost the aq is a true gain knob with a clipping light so even if you did get the 2200d it has clipping light and lets you know already that your clipping wont let you mess it up ask around man. and max input for wire is 2 ga?? your running 0 dont lose any power by making it fit in that 2ga slot when 2200d will take 0ga

ok but im sorry that mb quart amp is not going to throw as much true power as it says , so i think.. i may be wrong but overtime with the name behind aq 1200d you would be better off i mean look at how many people recommend and support aq amps like SuperchargedDD says never can go wrong aq1200d is 870w rms at 2 ohm 1200 rms 1 ohm 510x1 4ohm and all true power has a amazing bass knob and settings id go with the aq1200 or if you really can that 2200d would be perfect at 2 ohms for ya a little pricey but so worth it the aq amps are impressive. and im expecting you have already done big three? under the hood? your wiring is what atleast 4ga but hoping it is 0/1 ga? if you know anything about being a mechanic you can setup your idle on your truck a bit higher so you wont lose as much power when subs hit and or burp. and maybe a extra battery?
