i know on the super duties all the factor hangers and mounts for a 4wd are their on the 2wd. so if you could find a truck to canibalize it would be fairly easy to do if thats the case on in the 150s. but IMO your best bet is to do a leaf spring SAS suspension. all the brackets are available. but besides the axle you have to decide if you want run a divorced case or if you want to find a 4wd tranny swap out and run a married case. i would run a divorced case you have more options the only complicated part would be welding up brackets. why do you want 4wd is what you need to ask your self and build around that answer.
