    okay guys i have a mitsubishi 3000gt vr4 Twin turbo, and around 7-9lbs of boost i can hear a whining sound coming from the engine. just want to know if any one has experience with turbos. is this normal or is there something wrong with my car.

    a buddy of mine has a datsun 510 greddy turbo charged nissan sr20. i think his does the same thing. i think its the spool of the turbo whinning. i think thats regular. then again he gets out of his car with the keys then it shuts off after 30 secs. might be different.

    well i f&ck wit cars and thats just about all i do except get drunk and take over the world. i dont drink much cause i get violent when i get drunk trust me no one wants to see me and the crew get drunk. its bad.Brian and dre get worse than me but for the most part i cut down the drinking and do more stereo stuff.

    you get high, i dont. if we dont win something on the westcoast we'll never get respect.only 2 of all the competitors won wf last year on the westcoast.

    thats why we teamed up so we can win teh splmax cause brian and alpine got burned last year. i didnt go for it cause i had no idea about splmax until half the shows were over.

    everyone knows tupac was better than biggie thats why they dont like us.

    lol. you enjoyed riding the short bus to school in your youth, didn't you?

    you know i lived in sac/auburn, right? and i've been to more shows in sac than you have.

    how's being a dick rider working out for you?

    were talking about now not back then...........

    how many people do you know that USED to go to shows that dont go now. i bet you can name atleast 20.

    also i used to attend shows back in 03 with dre along with lowrider shows. i remember seeing steve compete but not you.

    there'd be more repeat competitors in sac if there wasn't such an abundance of hating going on out there.

    interesting comming from someone who dosent live here and dosent go to shows here either.

    autorama we came out as team bassick there was a bunch of big talk cause ssb had like 10 members. we came correct at the show...... took all the trophy's and since then no one has been to little or no shows at all.

    i seen danny valdez at one show jeff berragio ??? at 2 shows. other than that i havent seen anyone from last year what so ever. most of the folks from the bay havent been attending shows either so get the facts straight before comming sideways.

    when does it give seriously???

    i went to a show with Brian where there was me him and 2 other people no one has the money to travel all over cali and attend every show. simple fact. ( i didnt compete at that show either) total 3 people

    nothing literal, there is too few of us to be bickering with each other is all. I mean there are some folks that just don't get what we do. Then there are some that try and fail. But since we are the elite few that get what we do and know what we are doing why have any kind of animosity between us.

    we've raised the playing level out here on the West but, so sad to say "We are only playing with ourselves". We need it to grow so we can all keep participating in what we enjoy doing. I must say there has been a lot of new faces coming out thanks to SMD and I love it. The Bass Race format is definately fun and anything can happen. Plus having the resources of this site and knowledgable approachable veterans is a key elminate for new people coming out.

    but back to the basics though. we all should be able to grow together, learn from each others mistakes and success. Joey, Alpine and I have learned a ton of shit and we are still learning. basics of building a box out of particle board, staples and glue to welding and cutting a car.

    I'd really wish we had a true West Coast competition base and not just us in Nor Cal. I'd rather have less shows and more competitors then do all these little shows with the same competitors. WA and OR are West Coast but, never get a chance to put in their .02.

    x2 on all of that but the way the economy is right now its keeping alot of folks from competing. trust me there would be more folks competing if we had more shows toward the bay area and sac.

    Kimo is right. We need to put Laughlin on the MAP this year. Make this years FINALS bigger than life.

    Everybody has gotten louder this year, with new systems, Bill,Jack,Brandon, and mine is almost finished.

    Should be a great time for all.

    Anybody order there rooms yet, and you get the advertized price ?
