    Did not know that about him. He never bragged about it or made himself bigger than he thought the was. He was a good freind and one hell of an inspiration to many. We would talk about wood work or fishing for hours lol. When I read about this morning I was in shock. We just talked a couple of days ago. He was tired but said nothing that would make a person to think it was that close. 

    Condolences to you Steve as he obviously held a special place in your heart.

    Sucks another one left us all.

    Except that it took me damn near 2 hours to go 19 miles. People here in Texas can't handle snow or ice. You could have used the wrecks I passed as mile markers.

    I believe that. The sad part is most of the wrecks are caused by the yankees who move here. They should know how to drive in this ya would think lol. By my house it is snow with ice over the top of it now and that makes it really bad.

    I really thought I was going to lose it! It was only hanging on by an 1/8" section of skin when I cut it and wrapped it in napkins and tape. Then got home, soaked it in alcohol and peroxide, then Neosporin and gauze. Now it's just swollen and bruised lol, little tender still though.

    I thought you went to the vet to make sure it wouldn't get infected? You are about as stubborn has a Texas rednecksquash :)

    Thanks guys. That post didn't show up on my iPad as I got caught up on is build. I can see why with subs that heavy you would want such a baffle. This will be pretty interesting build Steve. I read where you want this to put up insane numbers on music. What are,if any,the things you would have to do differently as far as the body panels,deadning and tuning sir?
