That would make a interesting short thread. I am curious if there is any effects of extream bass presure in a pressurized inviroment. I really didn't get myself either. They were looking at a advertisement of you and the lex to boot. The fact the shop not those two kids,IMO,borrowed your product and used it. Yes sir Revo. They started to really hate on Steve,this forum and his products. The fast clean version was he was spoiled,rich,dumb a@$,that can't build hs own systems. Then it went further down to everyone on the forum and his products that he puts out. Well that when I had enough pulled out my dd-cc1 out and asked them. If it such crap then why did you shop borrow my SMD products? That's when they started really backstepping. I tried to stay cool and asked if they even been to this site of course they haven't. All hearsay stuff and still wouldn't even read what I had on my iPad. So I called them a few names one went crying like little babies to boss man. I was told to leave because of my actions. My fault no one else's I should have known better. I don't know if it is right to post the shop's name for one and have no proof and may piss off the wrong people. I'm very old fashioned and won't say something about someone if I won't say to their face. That's the part that got under my skin so bad.

I guess I should change the way I asked that. I've seen a few of the adds. I meant in a way he will be the main logo/face of RF to the point he gets paid for it. So he could enjoy faster returnsThat's cool sir. When will you become the face for RF?
He's been on numerous RF ads and magazines.
Lex looks killer. I love the black/black/black. I could never customize my brand new car the way you have though.

They made comments about Steve and SMD products that I disagreed with. All the while I'm picking up my SMD products from my freind who borrows them for big build lol. I was told to leave and not come back by the assistant manager(the first time I've been kick out of a audio shop) before I could find what mag it was.
Revo back on topic. If I had that kind of hard earned money and time in something. I would be a nervouse wreck watching someone else handle my baby no matter who lol. I would have cried like one of my kids left for collage lol.
funny part is i am KNOWN for building my own stuff. This forum, my youtube chanel, my main site and finally my products are ALL a product of me doing my own shit. Maybe they got me confused with some other guy's on youtube. Some of those shops should STFU and realize the things i do are GOOD for their business and not bad. Whatever though. Them dissing on me is like a tree falling in the forest. Nobody hears it. If i diss on them, the world hears it and they get free marketing from me. Fuck em is about all i gotta say. People like him have one thing in common. They are immature,ignorant, jealous,wanting everything handed to them without working for it. Plus the fact they are whiny, wimpy little wannabe men or women without the backbone to sacrifice the time and work it take to get some where. Some succeed some don't that's the way it works. The underlying problem is some have not been taught respect or to think before opening mouth. I don't know you personally but when I had issues that was my fault. Due to the lack of knowledge of how to PM someone. You got my problem fixed beyond what was needed. Even though you didn't have. That doesn't sound like a butt hole to me. It just shows that you are a respectable person who will go out of his way to help. That I still thank you for and earned allot of respect from me. I haven't been in your shoes no one can but have been in similar situations. Where you do something,say something to help. Or when you help the same person or persons they come up stabbing you in the back or hating you. The same day you helped them out. You've worked hard to get where you are and have helped people and inspired people all over the world. With the builds,YT, this site and the tools that made things a little easier. If this makes you a butt hole then keep it up. Try and not let those who have no respect(all ages) for the things you have accomplished. Destroy the dream you have accomplished or the dreams you may have for the future. Just like the audio nuts of old like Starry and Cole or Jim Fosgate. Whom of which had haters and people who thought they were full off crap or a butt hole. Look at what they have done for this industry. If it hasn't happened yet I personally believe you will have a place in the audio history along with all the other audio innovators of old and current. That alone will make the insecure folks mad lol. I apologise for a long post I just wanted to let you know how I felt. As it has been pointed out by a couple on here. I don't have the best communication skills lol. Thank you for the inspirations and this site where all of the audio nuts can hang. SMD with you the mods and the members I've talked with. Is what will make a difference in this industry when others fail.

Thank you sir. All my music is from CD's,records or iTunes so I didn't know the difference. Can I get this form and put it on a ipad or ipod? Yea I'm learning this part right now still ignorant on some of this stuffOk what is 320k and what makes it different than itunes? Hope you don't mind these questions.
itunes is 256 at the highest
320 is better. I will have lossless .wav files soon too.

Starting back in the early 80's from a few insperations and trial and error. Also mags and books like car autio an security and carstore cookbook the first edition lol. Then joined SMD in the mid to 2000's and started to learn all over.

I need to hear one in person to really appreciate how it sounds. I always heard with sq you lose the bass side of it. With no experience with sq I wouldn't hate on sq just didn't look into it. It sounds like I made a mistake on not checking into it more. Ignorance hurts at times. To satisfy my curiosity how dose this compare to a auditorium/concert hall set with pink noise?

Thanks snafu for that info it cleared it up for me. I also know I won't be setting up for sq anytime time soon lol. Steve that vid was awesome in explaining how it all ties together for dummies like me lol. The back in the day TV static sound was a few moons ago lol. You can actually hear a difference from before and after on your system. Which is very impressive since it's on a camera and not in person. I love the reaction of the first sound test when it was a little hot.

flat is the oldschool way of scoring high......but it has never meant "better sound".

So with the imaging being as true as can be and the phasing along with delay and decay. You can actually have it sound that good in the car as it does in a concert hall then? Until today never gave it much thought of how it sounds. I always just set it up where the axis peak wouldn't feel like a knife in the eardrum and had no gaps in sound. Thank you sir.

Didn't realize the work that goes into setting up a sq vehicle. Whats the point of a 6 mic array versus a two mic? Won't it give the same response?
