Hm well I wouldnt feel confident with just 2 bolts holding it in when its supposed to be 3...plus it sets on valve cover...the pully will cause the alt to shake which would possibly damage the valve cover if im not mistaking. Im a bit OCDish and want it to be like it should be ya know? Guess I might have to get over it though...calling mechman tomorrow since apparently he dont use the forums during the weekend.

Well yea its saturday...no one is in today SOOOO yea. Ordered an alt and the casing hits the valve cover to where one of the bolts wont line up. This is the 2nd alt ive gotten from Mechman now. The first was for the wrong car....a v8 engine infact. Posting this here in hopes that mechman himself will see it due to me not being able to contact by phone right now since no one is at the shop...
