nice bro i am getting 2 of these soon and am powering them with 2 Hifonics brz1700.1D. will have them wired at 2 ohm.
You gonna have a build log? I'm gonna be running the same amp. Will eventually have 2 vvx's on 1 amp

Definitely one of the best looking woofers out there I think. The only thing I can personally compare it to is the Fi ssd I had and I prefer the vvx. I cant compare the performance yet as I still have to order my amp and get a box built. But the box will be done within the next week. Gonna go pick the wood up tomorrow.

Just arrived. Skar has some fast service. Total time from when I ordered it to when it arrived at my door was 3 days. This thing looks and feels like a little beast. On with the pics.

I ordered this from the end of year/refurbished sale that Skar has going on. I think I was lucky enough to get a reconed one as I can still smell the ca glue. It is stiff but moves like it should. The only thing that concerns me is the crack in the magnet pictured above. It shouldnt hurt it I dont think. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Skar gets an A+ in my book for their fast service. Cant wait to get this hooked up and slamming. Thanks again Kevin

Ups just dropped my VVX-12 off. It arrived in one peace and I have to say that Skar has the fastest service I've ever seen. Total time from when I ordered it to when I got it was 3 days. Will post some pics in a new thread. Thanks Kevin

I agree with what was said. You should always spend time with your family and work to support that family, but someone once told me that if you enjoy what you do you wont work a day in your life.

You could put a lip on each side of the seat and sort of sandwitch it together with screws. And then wrap the cabin side with cloth to mach your seat color. I would plug your box and port dimensions into torres to make sure of tuning though.
Edit: Didnt see 4th order in there. I don't know if torres will calculate a 4th order

Get some red wings. I had a pair for 6 years and they went through hell. Hiked 15 miles a day for 30 days in them and then worked in them for 5 more years until i blew a seam in them. best pair of boots I've ever had.

Epix has a 14 day free trial for the 360. Some good movies on there. Best part is no credit card required. Download it from the app store then go to their website and sign up and activate your xbox from the website. It'll give you a code that you have to put in on your 360 and its smooth sailin after that. Just thought I'd let you guys know

I bought a 2000 ford focus a couple of weeks ago. It has a 2.0L DOHC 4 cylinder in it. It sat in my garage for a couple of weeks until I could get insurance on it. I got insurance on it a couple days ago and started driving it. It ran fine for about 2 hours. I got it home to park it and noticed it was idleing rough. took it around the block and noticed that it would some times hesitate to go... sometimes it almost seemed like it was chugging along. The engine light came on so I took it to autozone and had the do a diagnostic check. They said I was having a cylinder 3 misfire. I checked to make sure the plug wires were in the right order and they are. I replaced the spark plug and plug wires, and gapped the plug to .050 like its sposed to be, but the problem is still there. Basically the question is what do you guys think the problem could be? I think it could possibly be an injector or maybe the coil pack? thanks ahead of time

Are you using Torres calculator?
Also 3.5 cubes tuned to 32hz seemed to be the sweet spot for mine. What kind of power are you going to be pushing it with?
