without my truck on im droping to 10 before it cuts out

it will come on if i dont turn it up any more then a few. i have a pretty good voltage drop and im using 4ga and the protect light doesnt turn on

I have a new alpine mrp2000 powering 2 alpine type x. i have them wired to 2 ohms. The amp isnt up that much and as i turn up the volume from 17 to 18+ it will shut off the subs while the amp is still powered
