Im trying to learn the art of box tuning.

Question, how did you do the see through thing? Also would this box design be fuctionable?

So i was bored and felt like learning the tricks of the Google Sketch up trade. Heres a box i made for 4 15's. 4 ft wide, 2 ft deep, 4ft tall Front view Each sub has its own "Chamber" separated by a divider.J shaped outlets coming from port divided to each side then to top and bottom. Any other ideas for boxes would be appreciated.

Me and My dad and uncles all have airboats, so we keep them in our truck for if we ever need. Its off my phone, thats why its small haha. Thanks Bro. Thanks, how did you get it to post like this?

Thanks and thanks to everyone and Steve Meade for getting me into this hobby. No i didnt, one of my moms friends is a DD store and i spent a few days with him after school building everything. For a beginner system im glad cause i was flexin my door on the first day but im tryna keep my new sub cool cause i dont want to burn it up already! It thrown in with the Bose system that came with my truck sounds pretty good. My dad has a F-350 but he uses my truck to go to work in New Orleans cause its cheaper on gas. Im having withdrawals! I think as i progress in this hobby and get me another truck for a daily and continue to gain knowledge about audio through this website i will shave rear door handels take out seats wall it off and put 2 18's. But this is future stuff and all in theory

Hello everybody, Damein here a.k.a. DJ, im new to this forum and car audio. I have had a account for a while but i just laid low, trying not to seem uneducated and end up on someones sig . So heres some pics of my truck and current setup. Be in mind that im a broke ass 16 year old haha. I paid for everything )Meade has got me into the hobby. First vid i ever saw with bass is the bum and the window flex. Now im hook'd. My truck, 2005 Chevy z71 crew cab. One large step DD2515a again In my box, takes up just middle seat. Powered by Lunar 1500w, 2ohm again my cheapie deck. This is all for now. Im glad to be part of the forum

So a DD2515a would be a good sub in this box? I don't have all the money but Monday I'm going buy the sub. I will find out what amp size it is an let y'all know

Well this is something that the guy had suggested. How they are well crafted and sound good. He is making a box even with the console and goes onto the back seat. Its ported too. Im not shure what amp he is getting. I know its a JVC head unit. Ive never heard of this type of speaker. It looks well made with 1 yr warranty. Anyone have feedback on this sub/brand?

Went to the audio shop today and he got a deal for me on a DD 2515. its a 15" he is making a custom ported box. Is this a good choice?
