cool, but how do i know what the rated ohm load is

How can i diagnose if my car speakers are blown. I have a multi meter but i dont really know how to use it when trying to find out if my speakers are blown.

Whats the smallest but loudest setup you've ever heard ?

soo what type of fuses do you guys recommended ?

alright so thanks everyone for all the help but now i have another question. What amp fuse should i get? 100, 80, 50, 30, etc

so i blew the fuse and i took it out. But the question is what type of fuse is it. On the top of the fuse it says AUE 80. But ive been looking around online and i cant find the fuse replacement. What do i do ?

So i was removing my sub-woofers from my trunk and when I was unscrewing the ground wire and the battery wire they touched and made a spark an smoke started coming from the battery wire.After that i plugged the wires back into tha amp but now the amp and subs dont work. I was just wondering what it is that I just did and if theres a way I can fix it ?

This may seem like somewhat a stupid question, but is there a box that can be ported and sealed, kinda what Steve has in his tahoe?

Alright so im gonna get a second amp to power just the speakers and im gonna keep my kenwood. But the question is how am i gonna connect them all together ? ?

how about my amp question, should i buy a 5 channel or keep my mono amp and buy a 4 channel ?

Right now my set up is 2 kenwood subwoofers powered with a kenwood 8104d mono class d amp. And the stock speaker system. What I want to do is upgrade my stock speaker system with 2 ORION CO650 in the front and 2 ORION CO690 for the rear deck. I have a couple questions. - I think, but im not sure, that my car has stock component speakers already installed because there are tweeters mounted on the door. Can i just replace the woofer in the door with the new orion's in the front or am i gonna have to get a new component system for the front ? - If im gonna get new speakers can the stock car amp power the new ones or am i gonna have to buy a new 4 channel amp to power the speakers inside ? - If i need to buy a new am should I buy a 5 cahnnel amp or just but a 4 channel and keep the kenwood for the subs ? thanks for all the help in advance.

oohh so its 50 watts for each channel and each channel is one speaker in my car. but i dont have to by another amp right?
