    ‎300 amp excessive amperage alt setup to be externally regulated. just got back from warranty. new rectifiers and pulley on it. large case chevy. 400 shipped for alt and regulator.

  2. graphing it or solving for f(2) will both work

    first derivitive gives you the slope of f(x) at x

    set f'(x) to 0 to find points of inflections, slope of first graph is 0 at point x

    then from there it's just figuring out if you have an absolute min or max

    once you find out where your inflection points are you put those back into f(x)

    it's been a while since i've done this so sorry if the explanation sucks lol

  3. generally 6th order enclosure sound very loud but quality is bad, usually lots of group delay around the tuning frequencies.

    I wouldn't build something like that unless I knew for a fact that it will work.

    Op - have you calculated tunings at all? i did some quick ballparking and got 70 and 65. plus the airspace on those is tinnnyyy. lookin like a no go on that design. don't really have the airspace imo.
