caps numbers special character and make it longer than 8. try for 16.

im guessing you dont have a complex password.
thats the weirdest thing about it, it has caps & numbers in it, so i dont know how they got in unless they went through the whole forgot password process

tonight i was meant to go gym, but i couldnt get a lift in so instead i decided to work out in my garage, and while im working out, some stupid mutha fucker hacks my facebook and tells my girlfriend of nearly 3 yrs that its over and that i lost all my feelings for her, and not to reply back cos my mind is made up, so while im working out listening to music my girlfriend is balling her eyes out thinking we broke up and she aint gunna get me back, LIKE WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT, thats not even a joke, so after about 1-2 hours after this happens i finally finished working out taking protein shake etc i finally come back on to find an inbox from her asking what she did etc, im just in the worst mood right now, i feel like kicking this cunts teeth in,
well thats the end of my rant
