im not 100% sure but it looks like he gets cardboard and cuts it out until it shapes whatever the wood is going to be around than puts cut out cardboard on mdf and traces it out, this giving him the shape he needs for the panel to fit nice and perfect

uhm depends on how much power your running cos the skar ivx's will be happy on around 800watts, the dc level 3's will be happy on about 2000watts theres a big difference there ?

Ive seen the movie released over here in Aus about 5 days ago and i dont recall seeing anything second skin lol
