  1. Yeah I was thinking about that, I blew a 60A to bits before I popped in the 90A.
  2. Also, the sub is a dual 4 ohm, how do I wire it bridged at 4 ohm instead of 2? Because right now its at 2 ohm the way its wired. The subwoofer diagram shows only 2 ohm and 8ohm wiring possibilities.
  3. Alright thanks, I had no idea i was pushin 700w RMS, but any idea where to get a good DMM for a cheap price?
  4. Now that i Think of It, if i play some songs that hit real low and hard, the amp will power protect itself and shut off the subwoofers. Could this be because of clipping?
  5. I have not used a multi meter. The headunit can be found here: http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_20663_Alpine_CDE-102.aspx Cliping?
  6. I have a Crunch.PZT 1400.2 Amplifier and a dual 4 ohm Alpine Type R 12" 600W RMS. I have the subwoofer Bridged with the gain turned 3/4 up. The cone starts off cool but then very slowly gets warm. If anyone can help me fix my problem, it would be gladly appreciated seeing as I bought everything brand new and I don't want it to go to waste. Thanks a bunch.
