  4. Any idea what to tune it to? Alright guys think I got it now I have 10 cubic ft net with a vent 4x37x18 deep also has 3 common port walls according to the calculator I have 36.43 hz and 14.80 per ft port area my question if all that is right the box is only 18" deep thus being I need to put a 90 degree bend in it correct? Does it matter how far till I start the 90?
  5. Well I'll make my box a little bigger then : ) I have some more room to spare and I'll do 120sq in thank you
  6. Can someone help with the vent? Pretty please I can do up to 37" wide by 4" tall port which is way to much but that's my max also the box is 18" deep to more than likely I'll have to bend to port....
  7. So I'm going to need about 130sq in of port?
  8. forgot to mention i have 1 common port wall which according to the calculator puts me around 36 HZ with a 24"w x 4"h x 13"d
  9. 38.5" wide x 31" tall x 18" deep 6 dc 12's 16sq inches of port area per sub = 96 sq in id like the vent 24"x4"
  10. Equipment consist on 6 dc lvl 3 12's, 3 dc 2.0k's, dc power 270 alt, 5 yellow tops in a walled blazer. Box is 10.42 before displacement, minus subs and vent I have 8.9 cubes. They call for 1.5 per so that's close. For the vent I have 96sq in" at 24x4 and 12.25 deep tuned at 35hz does everything look okay guys? Green light?
  11. I'm looking to buy 2 of them.. Thank you and also a 175.4 I'f price is right
  12. Might want to check into bags for the rear I know they make them for trucks as helper springs... Stylin concepts carries them? I'm sure there are more companys but for weight helping that's all I've seen

  14. Alright guys here's the problem I'm running into ROOM for 8 12's vented I can do them sealed no problem but vented it's extremely difficult to put them in a wall due to me wanting to keep the back seats if I was to switch over to 6 12's vented in a wall still with the same 2 kicker 1500's would I increase? Or should I keep the sealed box? It's loud but I know it cam be louder for 8... I'm torn here btw they are dual 4's Which would make the amps due less power at 2.6 ohm
  15. Well got my subs ended up doing them sealed due to space issues. For future upgrades cause I will!!! My question is from going to lvl 2's to lvl3's given the same power and airspace how much would I gain?
  16. Wow sorry 11.5" deep... Had wrong number in calculator
  17. So here we go... I need 2 6" ports 15" long which would tune me to 32hz roughly with 10 cubes after port and sub displacement. Am I right or should I shut up and keep mowing yards.... Dont forget this is a wall! Thanks guys point me in the right direction please....
  18. He'll yeah anyone wanna chime in and help me with the size and how long it needs to be!
  19. That would cool, I'm thinking around 35hz? Where can I buy one of these aero ports?
  20. Now how do I go about using a PVC vent is there any particular rules to go by?
  21. Guess I need to ask how many square inchs of port do I need? Lol
  22. First question I have roughly 11 cubic ft after sub displacement can I vent this with.this size box? Second if I can and was Able to vent it I would like to do a PVC vent but what should I tune this to? Or should I stick to a square 8x8 port? The trick is I have to do some sort of port in the middle of the wall due to the subs being in a circle configuration around were a vent would go. Any input would help guys! Thanks
