im thinking about bassracing at 149.9 with a t30001bd and 2 15" lvl 4's.
Wish you luck with a 149.9 with only 3,000 watts, it is possible, just not easy at all.
-
you were still louder... your lows are killing me
now I have to come up with a new design for 4 woofers Don't want people to think I copied your idea. Am looking into doing Two 18's no wall now. Wonder if THAT can keep up with you, we will see, I still need an alternator for the acura too
-
hoping to do more but lost 1 of my amps on saturday
Jack was LOUD!!! 149 + in street beat with 1500 watts
-
congats christan! do they put the mic outlaw style still?
Had planned on that show but had a amp fire
yeah, it was in the globe on the floor.
And YES, 166+ with the honda, PORTS WARS BIA*CH

Came out to the Woodland show, NOV 4th.
Brian did a 144-145 in Street Beat 2 and a 166+ in Port Wars
Jack did a 149+ in Street Beat 5
I did a 153.0 Burp @ 40 hertz and a 152.1 in Street Beat 3.
Bill trailered a friend who broke down on the way, what a guy!!!
-
Yeah it was aiiight, don't care too much for the sound of the wall. I'm gonna fuck with it tomorrow and see if I can gain a few for woodland on Sunday.
It wasn't bad for 6 amps and 12 subs.
so humble,
-
ya looks good, how's it sound?
Sounds absolutely incredible!!!

Enjoy, I'll see you USACI guys in Woodland,CA next week.

again, you are right, there is shit all over the dash and on the raw metal floor that has no deadener on it yet. This is just a test run not a sq contest
THAT made me laugh
-
Well got it back on the meter. Now I can burp a 152.5 at the dash with the windows cracked @ 40 hertz.

good boxbuilders FTW.

Im glad you like your new cones, but the woofer is still considered a MT, just has a Fi softparts. so what your saying is.
RE MT motors with FI softparts ROCK, cool cool. gotta give love to both companies
Absolutely, I got love for RE. I had owned almost all of their woofers. The MT's are great, I just wanted to try something new and I am VERY happy.

Swapped the MT 15's for the FI BTL's ( MT's reconed to BTL's with all options Except cooling )
# 1. The BTL plays LOUDER than the MT
# 2. The BTL plays LOWER than the MT
# 3. BTL sounds better
When I turned them up I got the shock of my life. These woofers are just stupid LOUD, and so so clean. If you thought it was loud before, just wait till you hear the BTL's!!! The high X-max cone seems to allow the woofers to go much lower and sound better doing it. The higher bass is just plain SCARY LOUD. JUST AMAZING. To SCOTT at FI, thanks you for hooking me up proper, and to Steve for showing me the BTL's in person.
FI all the way guys.
10/10 = SQ is on par with my XXX 15
10/10 = LOUDNESS
10/10 = LOUD @ LOW frequencies.

Great bang! have they gotting stinky from all that power?
We got the amp at 1/2 and they are fine. The RE SX's are very tough and durable subs with great SQ. Highly recommned them to anybody doing a daily driver!!
-
how does it sound with the seat latched?
It sounds great. David's design on the box and firing everything forward gives me No trunk rattle.
-
I ran my MT 15's for 2 years without problems. One of the subs had a broken tinsel last week ( out for a recone ) but 3500 watts all day can do that. Remember I run this system as hard as you can imagine, it will happen from time to time even with the greatest subs out there. Once in 2 years is not 2 bad huh ?
MT's are great for daily, toughest subs I have ever seen/heard. PERIOD

Yeah Im going to World Finals. Ill see you there. Well deffinately talk about it. Thank you, and help would be greatly appreciated.
Chester!! sup bro, you trying to get louder huh, sweet. Yep, talk to David, his mustang was off the hook loud!!! I heard it, was tuned very low and sounded better than anything I have heard, 1200 watts too.!! See you at world finals

so 750 each is what they would get with my setup , probably not enough
This is Christian, if all you got is 3000 watts total, you should NOT run MT's. If you want four 15's with that power, FI SSD's or RE SE's will be better. MT's are OK with 1500 watts minimum...but there are MUCH better woofer with even 1500 watts on each. IF you can do 3000 watts on each mt 15, you will be SLAMMIN!!!!!!
There are better choises than MT'swith thr power you have available, but you have many options
1. RF woofers
2. RE woofers
3. FI woofers
4. DD woofers

Will It Fit ? 99 Integra + 3 Btl 18's

- I was brainstorming ideas for my next set-up, just thinking out loud ya know.
I got my 2-door 99 Acura Integra, no back seats and currently have a 12 cube external, 9.5 internal box for my two MT/FI 15's ported @ 35 hertz, no wall set-up
I know that two FI BTL 18's should fit, but I was thinking about doing three. I think we can find an extra 4-5 cubes if we use every nook and cranny for air space. What is the minimum air space required for three BTL 18's ported @ 30 hertz. I know the port will take up alot of space too.
Am I dreaming or can this fit/Work. I want to do this below the window line, NO WALL If so, I will just get a 3rd RF T3000 and possibly another Kinetic 2400 + Alternator.
Just seeing what can and cannot be done
