Hey all! So some of you may have seen my post yesterday or the day before about the 98 camry, I ended up buying it today. Got it down from 7,000 to 6,000 plus sales tax and DMV fees but its not bad. XLE version (highest trim level) with leather seats and it is IMPECABLE (sp), very very clean inside and out with no major problems and the engine is fine. Test drive proves it. I'm making the physical transaction tommorow, I'll post pics and from then on it'll be tinting, sub and neon light galore So happy!!!!

Been looking at one at Wheels and Deals and was thinking of buying it. In excellent condition 90k miles, asking $7k. But I think I can get it down to 6.5k or even 6k. Anyone owned a 98? Didn't know where to post this

that's sick - do you think 2 of those 15s would fit? cuz i have more than 1k to spend ont eh COMPLETE system .. the 1k was for the sub/amp pretty much all others - great suggestions. sounds to me like either a) *** and T2k or Fi BTL FLoaded 18 T2k either way the t2k sounds lyke a constant....? or rays setup

Damn guys .. thanks for all the information!!!!! that ebay thing looks awesome, jason. and yes - in the camry. i don't have it yet but hope to have it in my hands by january!! i know a grand is alot - maybe a 15 BTl might be better .. i guess i have the impression 2 subs sounds better than one in most cases but tha'ts probably wrong the camry trunks are actually good sized, maybe 2 12s or a 15. what about DC audio? theyg ood? aren' they right up there with Fi? thanks for all the info guys it's much apprecaited!

So I'm looking for a sub / amp system for like $1000 bucks max for my new car. I'd obviously love to have 2 Fi BTL's 18s pushed by some nice RF amps but I'm not there financially yet. It's gotta bump hard .. I'm thinking 2 15s or something .... ideas? remember, this is w/o h/u, speakers, etc ... just for the sub system thx

Yeah trust me i have been!! some sources are different and say different things but its all good informatin. i'm just trying to learn as much as i can ... i'm 16 years old and have about 2k saved up so far .. i need to buy a car and my dad said he'd match me on my frist car only ..so thats 4k right there. my relative in boston said they might sell a 99 camry with lots of dents in the bumber for 1 or 2k, leaving some left for a nice system but anyways thansk for your help!!!!
