It also sucks cause the check engine light is off right now so they said i cant even take it in till it comes back on witch i random

She had a full blown tune up when i had the sensor replaced the first time wire, plugs,fuel filter ,trans brake and coolant all changed

About a month ago i had the check engine light come on but then it goes off.
So i took it into the shop the o2 sensor code came up they replaced it i get my car back and bam its back on again.
i call the shop they say it might be a faulty sensor so they put in a new one again and bam its back on again.
Right before the light comes on i can tell cause the car starts to putter a lil bit like its not getting fuel.
Just wanted to see if any one out there had some ideas on what else it could be its a 2006 ford explorer

Im swicthing from lvl 3 12s to lvl 3 10s i know when i did my 12s box sug perted was 1.5 but i eneded up doing 2
