  3. yeah they are kicking a kid out for seriosies i dont know how to spell it but its where you get really bad dry skin they are picky because they have so many people coming in that they need to get some out for stupid reasons

You also got to remember the AF is in the middle of "force shaping" so they are going to be extra picky right now. Once you're out of training status it becomes alot harder for the AF to kick you out

Exactly, which makes no sense because my job is undermanned..

I think that's across the board too.. Because according to manning my shop in oki is at 110% manning but with the high deployments and tdys taskings we will have at times 4 people on the floor and still have 800 pieces of age

  5. Yeah it sucks but the USAF is VERY picky with who they let in to an operational environment. In a BMT environment you really have to pay attention to everything you do because one small screw up can land you in the postion you find yourself in now.

I know BMT is a stressful environment and you do things there you might not do in the outside world, but that's life. I saw many people leave my flight when I went through and it was never easy seeing them walk through they bays with their olive drab duffel bag and blues hangin off them.

yea we had 3 people booted in my flight, 1 for bed wetting, 1 had an epileptic attack when he was 9 and he was 18 and the time frame they want you to have is 10 years with out one and 1 for a methadone addiction.

Chaise you at dover afb? c-17 mech?

  6. I ran 8 miles atleast two times a month in under 50 minutes from my house to my dads for pt for fun never had a problem i have a few pains but didnt thing it was this and its like n8 said id of been stuck there while they rehabed me i see what that shit does to people i said no thank you and said ill take a discharge and go home get a degree and if i come back ill have more rank faster

you may have conditioned your self for the run, but you didn't do it under the same circumstances. while in basic training, stress levels are unusually high, you get very little sleep and you can be push passed your physical limits

  7. Idk man usually duis are much more costly

Sorry but I dont agree in a way. I have talked to a few cops and they say its up to the cop if you are considered DUI or not. Now if you have had damn 10 beers then yes hall your sorry as to jail, but if you have had one beer maybe two and you get pulled over there can be a chance you get one of "those" cops with a pissy attitude. I havent had this happen to me but I think the DUI thing can sometimes be a little iffy imo. although I dont know how much he drank so I cant back the dude up, if it happend on st day im sure he drank just a little to much lmao

how is it up to a cop? whether he considers you to be drunk? if you go by that logic than its up to a cop if i was speeding or not. or if i assaulted someone. which is true to an extent. but there is different dui laws every where, in florida you can be fined more with a minor in the car. here in okinawa you are legally drunk at .02 and the fines get more extreme the higher your BAC is, like most places.

im just stating what a few of my cop friends have told me. It kinda didnt make since to me because I would just ask to take the breath test and see what happened. If you have one beer and drive are you considered over the limit?

its not technically about how many drinks you've had its about your BAC. i can drink all night at 1 drink an hour and then drive home if my BAC is still below the legal limit
