Try Lisa's House at 3250 Ualena St near Honolulu Airport on Wednesday nights around 9pm that is when some of the other car audio guys in Oahu hang out and some nights meter in the parking lot.
Man now that is some useful information LOL. Next time I'm home I'll see if I can pop in there.

Only request I have is time. A month notice would be ideal, 2 weeks would be ok, a week be close, a day probably no way. LOL.
Contestants should be SMD members and you tube subcribers.......my .02

Oh for sure no team needed. Just wanted to challenge the rest of the local teams out there to paricipate

We are down. As long as we are free with the babies, family and shows its tough.
May be last minute but this weekend would be crazy to pull off but if it is WE are in.
What about the rest of the Nor Cal Teams. SPL or SQ MECA or dB Drag.

Would like to bring some of our own tools. Would hate to fight over crimpers and drills LOL

hmmmm a show in Gary country.......I got my horns ready.
I have heard so much good things about this show I would really love to check it out but, this would have to be an over nighter. I hope I can make it.

It has been one hell of a ride that is for sure......

Moved the thread to competitors corner.
Where do you live would also help someone get you in to the competitor scene in your area if there is any.

which imprint modelt you talking about? I plan on doing it with an older combo. cda-9884 and ktxh100 i think is the combo I got. I plan on running active but, it is only meant for a 2-way set up its only got a front, rear and sub hook up. unlike other processors (or maybe the new ones) that has a front, center, rear and sub.
Unfortunately, I probably won't be using it full active because of this. I have a 3-way component and a sub in my car and in order to use the imprint with it I'd have to re-install my active crossovers for my 3-way. It would still be bi-amp so the 6.5 will not share the same signal as the 4 and tweeter.
As much as I have read the imprint is simple to use and to tune but, we shall see. I know the latest version of the imprint is made for intergrating the oem equipment to after market.
If I do install it I'll be sure to post about it.

B-PIllar foward refers to no-modifications to the cabin area. Now, for deadner there is no limit (as far as I know) to the amount you use as long as all the oem panels and carpets is in place and in contact.

YES SIR I AM A NEW DADDY OF THREE WEEKS!!!!!
This past Saturday was the first time I was away from my little girl and my wife since she was born and it was a bit hard but, I would of came out Sunday to hang if I could.
My apologies again to Mr Killian for dropping the ball but, I am glad to see Dale was able to pick it up and run with it. Can't wait to be at a show sometime this season with all of you.

I had the same issue. I found the easiest way to do it was to categorize them by date added to library. You can then delete multiple tracks at a time.
-
n/m I see Bill has chimed in. Your in good hands.

CONGRATULATIONS BROTHA!!!!!
Hopefully next time I'm in Sac I can stop by and smoke a cigar with you celeberating our becoming Dad and GrandDad.

Although majority of you probably don't go to a local shop this is some B.S.

Your looking for a small set up not necessarily an SQ one and there is nothing wrong with that. The overall music comeing from the stock system in your vehicle is probably more than adequate for you and for most people. Adding a Sub to any stock vehicle systems is one of the quickest and most inexpensive ways of enhancing your stereo system. I did not click on the links but it looks like a pre fab box, some RE 8's and a Kenwood amp. At the price point of $400 that is about what your going to get.
However, from the sounds of it bro seems like this is your first set-up. Whatever you decide to go with it will probably be a "just for now" set up. Those items you chose will get the job done. Only advice to you is to just do some basic research on the internet. If I am right and this is your first set up you may want a professional to install it for you.
-
Good Luck. You should get some definite volume with that set up. Depending how you angle the speakers will give you what your looking for. If the 6.5 are in the middle of the doors instead of low you should be able to mount one of the tweeters on the dash/a pillar. Can't wait to see the build thread.
the 15" woofer challenge - if your local first 6 get over here
