  1. I remember shit like this in middle school. We went thru a shit ton of bus drivers, and they all talked shit about them. Regardless. Fuck im still in high school, And they still do it. Back when i rode the bus, Some lady couldn't handle the spray / smell of Axe, And one of the kids purposly sprayed a whole can, and she couldn't breathe. Fucking bah. Kids these day's have no respect for people older them anymore. Its ignorant. Feel bad for the old lady! At least she will be able to take a permanent vacation, and get away from retards.

That's all you can wire it too.

And either the guy wired 1 sub up to 2 ohm, Or wired them up, and his meter just sucks. My meter is off .7, and can sometimes fool you. All depends on the meter.

With Dual 1s, You can either Wire to 1 ohm, each amp to .5 Ohm. ( Not recomended unless you have the electrical and know what your doing PROPERLY.)

Or Wire to 4 ohm, Each amp See's 2 ohm.

  3. You can still do a decent slot ported box. Just do Sub up, Port back. Make your port area around 14-16. And tune around 35-37. And then do the common 3 port walls. You should be able to still get the high notes, and still do decent low.

Last box i built, was tuned to 35hz and a port area around 21. Played low, and also hit the high notes pretty damn well.

  4. I've never understood why ppl use 3 subs, only odd number of subs setups I see, when it will give you a weird ohm load. Only amp I could see working with that is a Slash series from JL since they are 1.5-4ohms stable with the same amount of power at any load.

    /Rant

Space is an issue some times. Better running 3 right size subs in the enclosure, then cramming 4 that require more airspace, and sounding like shit due to lack of space.

Also running 3 subs, You can wire lower then, say maybe .7 instead of .5, and not increase the risk of blowing your amp as much.

    That is my theoretical answer.

  5. It's not a bad company company. it's just the underpaid teenagers working the loading docks. You'd think it was the shot putt pit at a track meet. Glad you got your due man!

There isnt teenagers working the docks. By government law, you have to be 21 or older to work or be on USPS Property ( docks. ), and have a background check thru the FBI. Or thru contractor, and be approved to load / unload there.

This i know, cause i want to go drive for them, they make good money and benefits..

And its mostly older people who don't give a shit, and just throw them in and out of the trucks, in APC's and Pumpkins.. I know this, and have seen it first hand.

Sucks to hear about your subs, but at least its covered!

  6. Start with a slow charge for a day or so, and see what it reads after that. also check each cell to make sure none of them are dry. usually battery's don't like being run down flat like that though.

And how would you check the cells on that battery? Lol

Drill holes, check and then tape them off with gorilla tape! DUH! :drink40:

But on serious, Keep it on a charger at a low amperage rate. And let it sit for a while. Just monitor voltage on it every once in a while.

  7. I'm not exactly sure on this neither, But i wouldn't think so. The only difference I think, is its the same as park, Except in park, it locks the Axles / Drive shafts, and neutral is the same, minus the locking axle / driveshaft gear. I can't think of the actual name, other then a lock into the spline or something like that. Someone taught me, but forgot.

I do it all the time though, but popping it back into drive without brake ( if you do it. ), that im not sure if it hurts it or not. If anything, i just keep it in neutral, pop the hand brake, and then when its time to take off, pop it back in drive and release the hand brake.

Off topic though, lol. Handbrake's are also essential for people riding your ass, Slowly come to a stop light with it, and when you take off, that obvious person realizes you have no brake lights or so it seems. Trolling ftw. If they rear end you, its their fault, and shouldn't be riding your ass. Sorry, just had to throw that there lmao.

  8. ...

Why post if you're not gonna help?

OP, Check out Obsidian Audio, They have 18's for 189. I'm not sure if they are still on pre-order or not, or what. But they are in your range.

18's require roughly 12 cubes after displacments, so i don't think 21's will fit so.
