    I been wanting to know the same question.

    well, it's hard to say, we all know there are a ton of variables. I have known some to easily run 1.0 daily, and some at .67 then with impedance rise, and voltage. My general answer would be NO, don't do it daily. But, I have seen some take 17+ volts, at .67, we've seen some ZX1500's clamp around 3300-watts. But there are so many vartiables, in each install. If had to 'generalize' , they can do it, maybe, below 1.0 . Now if you have 1.0 and up to 1.33, good voltage, I say it very well could. But I also hate any backyard kid to see my post, saying it wpould be ok. Now also, with the lower impedance, etc, you run into more current draw, more power, more heat....my question would be, why if you can get 2700 watts out fo a ZX2500 at 2 ohm. Why not do it safely?

    Ya i see mostly the SOLOx 18's lot's of L7 not many L5

    Hell aren't the L7 the "better performance" sub? who would want a L5 inless you just can't afford the L7..

    depends on power. I have seen drop in's on cars, pulling woofer "X" out, they go up .3 to .5 with L7, drop an L5 in go up over 1.0 db....depends on power, smaller power, like 1000 per sub, sometimes the L5 will be louder than the L7. the L5 is more effecient and will have a faster imp rise over an L7, when ported, and higher power/lower impedance setup.

    i still dont no what amps to get can sum1 guide me !!!!!!!!!!!

    need 2 amps at least 2000 @ 2ohms each so i can run 500watts to each 15''

    im stuck between the following (HELP)

    PA3000 x 2

    vistonik4000 x 2

    MA hk4000 x 2

    hifonics 2000 x 2

    im thinking PA3000 cos there the cheapest out of the 4

    Please sum1

    i used to be a die hard kicker fan

    ive tryed fosgate t112 kicker l7 kove etc.......

    in my opinion l7 are loud but they sound like shit. if u want to sound good and want your music to sound good

    i would definately take the ssd 10 copper coil.

    the ssd have more excursion better power handleing and they would sound better

    ive never heard of 2 many people using l5 (wonder why?)

    ive you just want louder get bls or q's

    my l7 12's and sx1250 didnt have shit on 2 q's ported with just a older 1500bd

    actually there are a TON of people using the L5's ...don't know where you got logic likewise they don't?? :blink:

    anyway, sounds like you'd like more space back, and the SSD's would do the job nicely....you may loose some output, but you will still have great perfornace and way more space avaialble.
