alright cool. I stopped by my local audio store today and checked out some of the stuff they had for sale and I've decided that for now i'm just going to go with 2 lvl 3 12's and slowly upgrade from there. paycheck by paycheck. thanks for all the help you guys

where did you guys buy the dc subs from? i tried to find a dealer near me but the closest one is about 5 hours away cause i live in the middle of nowhere

yeah its just 3-500 for just subs

its a 4ch 2000w pyle amp. and i love that amp cause it runs my subs perfectly and i loved how the subs sounded....until i got used to it. price isnt really an option but i would say around 300 - 500 dollars. if you know a better amp that i should get let me know also. btw i dont know if it matters but i used 4 gauge wire when i put the system in last week.

Okay, i'm going to be brief real quick cause I have to go to work soon but this is the setup i have right now. I drive an 86 Camaro. the 2 speakers in the dash are stock, then i have 4 6x9's, and 2 12' 1000W Subwoofers and a 2000 watt amp. I would like to replace the 12's but I'm not really sure what to upgrade too. Any advice? Like I said they are 1000w, 4 ohm, 130 oz magnet, power acoustik subwoofers. I was thinking about getting the power acoustik FUBAR's but i'm not sure yet. thanks for any help you guys

I was also thinking that I would lay my backseat down and sit my Subs on that but I'm not sure yet. My next step is to build that box to hide the wires and carpet the box in my trunk.

Okay so this is probably one of my first posts because I normally just look around the forums but finally decided that my system was kinda worthy to be on here I have an 89' Camaro RS (hence the title of this post) and I have 4 12's and 2 Amps. I also have a Pioneer Headunit but I dont have pictures of it yet. Alright so heres the specs kinda: 2 - 12' Power Acoustik 1000W Subs 2 - 12' Infinity 250W Subs 1 - 2000W Pyle 4Ch Amp 1 - 500W Infinity Amp My regular car speakers are pioneers (the ones in the sides of my car and in my dash) but I plan on replacing those soon with something better. Its a little messy right now with the wires everywhere but i plan on building a box for my two amps to sit on to hide all the wires and stuff. Just wanted to see what you guys thought.
