and 200ft of 10 guage speaker wire
Don't get the spiral wire. That stuff is a pain to work with regardless of what brand it is. I will never use the spiral wire ever again.

Your not important enough Jake and Brandon are probably too busy eating some Mexican food
The local messican place went out of business so it's chinese now.

Set the lpf all the way up and the subsonic, phase, & bass boost all the way down. That will allow full signal through to make sure it's not a setting issue.
-
So you're sure everything is wired correctly. Verified impedance with a multimeter? What is you're ac voltage output?
The next thing I recommend to try is use the amps separate, un-strapped. Run both +s & -s from each sub to each amp so that the coils on each sub are paralleled to each amp.

Speaker (+) connected to the (+) terminals on the "Master" // Speaker (-) connected to the (+) on the "Slave"
I don't see any speaker wires connected to the + terminals on your amps. Also the - terminals should have jumpers from one amp to the other.
Like this.

They are big car shows but not the stereo part. He does use a Term Lab but puts the meter in the kick panel or port.

Can you post a pic of how you have your amps strapped?
-
Is this how I should wire my subs to a pair of 3500ds strapped to get 2 ohms?
If your dual 1ohm subs are wired like this and you strap the amps to them then each amp will see 0.5 ohm. I'm thinking you have each amp @ 2ohm cause I guarantee you'll notice a huge difference from a single amp @ 1ohm and a pair strapped @ 0.5 each.
-
my subs are D1 and that is how they are wired. I cant tell any difference from when i was running just one amp.
The diagram you posted is for dual 2ohm subs. If you have dual 1ohm subs then you can't strap the amps @ 2ohms.

I can't stand that guy. Won't ever go back to one of his events. The guy was a total douche insisting everything we were doing was wrong. He acted like a total know it all who really knew nothing. I laughed it off but was too annoying to deal with anymore.

Hold the basket with the motor slightly angled so that it's weight is pulling down on the basket. Then hit the basket upwards with a rubber mallet.

i hope its not a faulty amp because i bought it 3 months ago, and just finally was able to put it in last weekend (these only have a 90 day repair warranty)
Sounds like you got it from dB-r. In that case you'll need to contact dB-r about any issues.
