well i have did a lot of stereo competitions in my life i have had over 30 vehicles i have built for it now started with sound quality and quickly changed to spl i have hit at my loudest 161.5 at my windshield that was 4- 18" jlw6's running off 4-1000/1 jl amps in a 14 cubic foot box tuned to 40hz. Now i am building a 1994 Chevrolet s-dime i have already built the door panels and box the door panels contain a 8" hertz woofer with a 6.5"low mid,3" midrange and 1" tweeter. my a pillars contain a 3" midrange speaker with 1" tweeter,and my kicks contain a 6.5 low mid, all that running off a soundstream Rubicon 5.800, and my sub of choice was a re-audio-xxx 15 in a 5cubic ft box ported and tuned to 40hz running off a soundstream rubicon 1.2500d, head unit is a pioneer avic n3 with ipod adapter and a ppi eq im thinking about upgradeing the head unit and sub later i wanted to run one sub class so thats y lol. i would love to have posted pics but some dumbass broke into my winter car and took my ashtray, headunit, and digital camera, left the mids and tweets, and amp so i lost my build pics i will be taking more as i finish everything so keep tight waiting to get a camera lol . im in the process of opening my own customizing shop out here i will keep everyone posted with that as well ..
