  1. That is a hard position man. Id def. stop calling him a close friend if he has a moral compass like that. Your best bet will most likely be small claims court if you do want to pursue some kind of action against him. You made a verbal contract with your "friend" and in doing so you provided your end of the contract but he is yet to supply you with your new system...so (because you waited this long to deal with his lies)your defense will have to be that he now has a job with sufficient pay to supply you with a new system where as before he would have most likely broken the law again to come up with the money, or another system, to uphold his end of the contract. Good luck man...thats a tuff one. JDS116 if you're not a lawyer don't dish out legal advice if you are a lawyer you would know that he really doesn't have a chance in hell in small claims court I didn't say I was a lawyer..and I said his best bet would be in small claims court IF he wanted to pursue some kind of action against his "friend". As for his chances..I didn't know you were a Judge!? Either way this is lame to argue over. Its ur call man..like I said before..tuff one.

  4. A lot of opinions and a ton of help..that is what you will get here. It comes down to personal preference and what you feel at the time but for myself I am looking to purchase an amp that has plenty of power at 4ohms (600-1000) but has the potential to go as low as 1 ohm and throw some serious 2000+ power when i want to update my sub(s) batts/alt setups. A lot of the answers so far are great and i def. agree with a DC audio sub or SA. but again..its what u like and are into. Good luck.

Right now i am running 800RMS at 2ohm to one sub. I want to add 4 components, 6 tweeters, and dc subs. I am just trying to figure it all out power wise since id be adding another 2000-3000 watts. i was thinking HO alt from DC and a xs d3100 batt. Right now my headlights dim real bad so i only have my bass at half. but i am trying to learn more and more and plan it all out so i can make a new system. THanks again for the help!!
