I am selling the computer because i would like to build a new system for my car, and i dont use my desktop at much anymore because im in college, i use my laptop almost completely. The computer is in perfect condition and as i said is very fast, high performance desktop for multi-tasking, encoding, and also gaming. As meade pointed out its not the fastest gaming computer out there because the gfx card is not the best on the market, but that could be fixed easily. But this will still play any game you throw at it, just not at ultra high settings. Plays most games released recently at medium to high settings. Any game before 2007 can be played at max settings.

It ran 3.6ghz dual core with 1100mhz on ram and hit 14.3 seconds on super pi thats fairly fast =) But yes, the graphics card is not CRAZY but it does run cysis on all medium settings

I am getting ready to sell/trade my current build. I have a 15.0 (1500w rms) Phoenix gold amp, along with 2 12" D6 diamond audio sub woofers. This system is nice and loud, i just plan on building something even bigger! I have a few videos on you tube if your interested. The subs and amp are in perfect condition. The box is for sale too, but i would suggest just building your own because of shipping costs. No, i don't plan using the system with the car off. I also cant find a good alternator for anything more than 160 amps for my car i have a 2000 dodge Durango SLT, and i would like to keep the price down low if i can.

I do not have an alternator yet. I was wondering if i could aviod it? Or is it the best solution? And if i get the alternator, do i still need the 2 high output batteries as well?

If i have 2 batteries (KINETIK HC2400 or Stinger SP1500D Power2) along with my main battery under the hood. (KINETIK HC1800) And my system will be a 500w 4 channel, and 3200w xxv collossus hi fonics amp pushing 2 FI 15 BL subwoofers. will i need a alternator as well? or will the batteries be sufficient? Or could i use that isolator wiring kit? Just need some advising on electrical specifics.

Any idea what type of amp fuses i should be using? and should where exactly do i put the second fuse? after the second connection of the battery before i connect to the distribution block?

Thanks for the response. Could you please be more specific on the big three upgrade? And also, where could i find a guide on how to run wires between batteries? Lastly, should i be running these batteries in series or in paralleled?

I plan on building a new system with a Rockford Fosgate T2000.1 bd amp, and 2 15 inch FI audio BL sub woofers. I drive a 2000 Dodge durango. I was wondering if i need a new alternator for this build, or could i just use more batteries? MY last system worked well with a powerful battery and a capacitor, but this system is a little bit more powerful. And help or ideas about my power would be great. Also, will that amp be good enough for those two subs? I have heard a similar system and it was loud enough to perform hair tricks and such *kinda my gaol*.
